Ferienunterkünfte in Longbow Lake

We stayed here for 2 months for work. Perfect location as it was relatively near our jobsite. We had to postpone our trip twice last minute and the host was accomodating every time with no penalty. Only one down side for being in a secluded area, some of us staying had no reception. I would recommend getting better wifi as it was slow and sometimes spotty with no internet at all however I brought my own Starlink so it was no real issue for most of the trip. The down service at every weekends was a nice touch as we did not expect it. Fresh towels and clean bathroom/kitchen. Recommend: - Better/stronger wifi - Better mattresses - Better Pans - A can opener Items above weren't deal breakers. Would stay here again. Thanks for being a great host.

Can’t say enough good things about Stanley’s Resort. Absolutely amazing cabin and location. We spent our time relaxing and enjoying the view. Cabin is right on the lake and by the great swimming area. Beds were very comfy. Lots of towels provided. Wifi worked well. My husband was able to do some work. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and plates, pans, etc. Vermillion Bay is close if you need to pick anything up you have forgotten too. And take a trip to Blue Lake during your stay. The provincial park has easy trails and a great beach. Rob was available if we needed. Great host! Highly recommend booking! Can’t wait to come back!

We have nothing but good things to say about our stay here. We felt right at home! Andrea was very responsive and provided clear instructions. The cabin was in a great location, very clean, and had ample visiting spaces (indoors/outdoors) to enjoy company! We will be back!

We rented this cottage for family overflow for a wedding. Our family was very pleased with how extremely clean the cottage was and it was so quiet and peaceful. It was October, so the cottage had a little chill to it but there are heaters, the floors are cold so take slippers. Jillian was super helpful and even told us to take slippers and to be cognizant of the blankets not hitting the baseboard heaters. The cottage was very clean and tidy and not cluttered at all, everything feels very new and fresh. Would definitely rent it out again for guest overflow!

Katie was a great host! She responded to my messages within minutes and was very helpful with a questions I had. Her cabin was spotless, the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Lots of extra towel, sheets, blankets, cookware, dishes, etc. The bedrooms were in their own wing which was great for our family with a small baby. We would go back in a heartbeat!

We recently stayed at this beautiful Airbnb on Black Surgeon Lake, and overall, it was a lovely experience. The setting was absolutely stunning, with serene lake views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating. When we raised a concern about the well water, which had a strong odor and unfortunately tarnished some of my mom’s jewelry, they promptly provided a water cooler for drinking. While this was appreciated, the well water remained an issue for showering and general use, which made that aspect of the stay less pleasant. If the water issue is addressed, this would be a perfect getaway spot. Despite that, we enjoyed our time and would recommend this place to anyone who values a picturesque and relaxing lakeside retreat.
