Set in a quiet village location,with local pub, mini supermarket and petrol station it is just minutes from the A303 and A37 and an ideal base to use, to tour this lovely part of England. A charming and spacious, thatched cottage with a large garden, situated on a quiet country, no-through, lane and surrounded by stunning views of the countryside. Located in picturesque Horningsham, the village of Longleat Safari Park, there are lots of lovely walks from the doorstep and plenty of attractions to visit in the area. This is the perfect place to get away from it all. Mobile coverage is spotty but there's a landline, and recently-upgraded WiFi fast enough for video streaming.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

The Mainstay Pod at Hidden Wood Glamping

The Mainstay Pod sleeps 2 adults and 2 children comfortably. Hidden Wood Glamping has two other available cabins. We keep our site quiet and private. Close by are towns Frome and Warminster. Longleat is 5 minutes away. Chill out and relax in our amazing Scandinavian style wood fired hot tub and sauna. Guests privacy has been considered with well placed fencing and distance from the next cabin. Our most dog friendly cabin, with a large fully enclosed garden.
