Located in the heart of the country, Oakbrook Akers Cabin is an absolute retreat! Relax on the many porches overlooking the pond, take time to meander to the docks to fish, enjoy s'mores over the stone fire pit or spend the evening at the grilling station in our covered patio. In the winter, tuck yourself away in the cozy cabin complete with a wood burner, having a movie or game night (with popcorn of course)! Built by my father, we hope you cherish your time spent here just as our family has.

Located on a quiet side street just a few blocks from Blessing Hospital with local restaurants and businesses within walking distance. This one bedroom, one bath unit is fully furnished with everything you’ll need for a short or long stay. Two adults sleep comfortably in the Queen bed. The living space incorporates a wardrobe, TV, desk, dresser, blackout curtains, ceiling fan, and a comfy chair that converts to a sleeper. The eat-in kitchen houses a full size washer/dryer.

Located 1½ miles north of Keokuk, nestled on a bluff overlooking the Mississippi River, the Tree of Life River retreat is located in a cozy, private, walk-out lower level (with hosts living above). There's a private bedroom with a queen bed and another sleeping area with four twin beds, perfect for one person or a family. Relax, enjoy nature, and take advantage of our large backyard. We are located approximately 18 miles from downtown Nauvoo via the bridge in Keokuk.
