Our wedding at Villa Cini was truly magical. The venue’s blend of natural beauty and elegance provided the perfect backdrop for our stay during the week and our special day. The gardens and stunning views created a fairy tale atmosphere and allowed to us have both an Indian wedding and an Italian Civil one. The arches ballroom, offered a romantic and inviting ambiance. We are incredibly grateful to have a chosen a place which has passed down for generations and has such a heartfelt attention to detail. If you're looking for a dream wedding venue and a beautiful place to stay then look no further than Villa Cini.

In reality villas present themselves a lot prettier than in photos on website. The area and surroundings are beautiful, calm and quite. Place is perfect as exit basis for exploring and sightseeing Tuscany. Rooms and beds are adequately big and clean. Kitchen and utensils are in sufficient quantity. Pool is clean, water warm. There’s no need for a battle for lawn chairs. Jacopo is very helpfull, communicative, serves his help everyday. The place is worthy of recommendation. We spent our holiday time comfortably in quaint area. All the best!

Villa Adagio is zoals je je een Toscaanse villa voorstelt en dan nog beter! Prachtige villa met heel veel ruimte binnen en buiten. Het zwembad deel je met eventuele andere bewoners op het terrein. Er zijn enkele eigenaren van andere woningen en ook nog een ander huurappartement. Maar zelfs nu in augustus was het zwembad meestal verlaten. De villa heeft een gastenverblijf met badkamer waar onze jongens van 15 en 16 sliepen (volop privacy en geen hinder van lang kletsen en gitaar spelen in de nacht 😊). In het grote huis 3 ruime slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. Heerlijke woonkeuken met grote eettafel en natuurlijk de mooie loggia over de hele breedband het huis met prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels. Mijn favoriete plek! De villa ligt privé en vrij afgelegen. Dichtstbijzijnde dorpjes zijn een kwartier met de auto en daar vind je zowel winkeltjes om boodschappen te doen als prima restaurantjes. Iets verder rijden ligt het mooie Siena, maar ook Montepulciano en Arezzo zijn niet ver en heel mooi

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Pool was great. Perfect for a large family. Owners were very helpful and available when needed. Rooms were hot overnight but this is expected in peak summer in Italy.

Excellent panoramic view of the Tuscan countryside. The house is well equipped. We would be happy to return to this house for future seasons.

A truly stunning place with incredibly welcoming hosts. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The interior is filled with beautiful historic furniture, details, paintings, and books. The cozy fireplace in the living room added a special charm. We loved making pizza in our very own wood-fired oven, using the outdoor BBQ, and dining al fresco surrounded by breathtaking views. Every moment at Poggio del Fattore felt special, offering the perfect blend of comfort and authenticity. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty of the Tuscan countryside in style!

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per gli ultimi giorni dell'anno. Siamo stati accolti dall'host, che si è mostrata sin da subito cordiale e disponibile. La casa è splendida, organizzata su tre piani (l'ultimo raggiungibile con una scala a chiocchiola un po' stretta), molto spaziosa e accogliente. Dotata di 4 bagni, uno con vasca idromassaggio ed una piccola sauna, di un salotto, una zona lavanderia, uno studio con pianoforte ed una grande cucina che si affaccia sul bellissimo giardino con piscina. È stato lo spazio ideale per trascorrere qualche giorno in serenità tra amici e visitare i borghi toscani nelle vicinanze. Ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative!

This little hamlet was ideal for a group of several families wanting a Tuscan holiday. Christina was a very responsive host, always available for help and suggestions. One down side was the distance from many of the Tuscan attractions such as Florence and Sienna. The hamlet is reasonably remote so is ideal for those who want a secluded holiday rather than those who want to see the sights of Tuscany.

Wir (7 Freundinnen) haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen! Das Haus, vor allem der Vorgarten und der Pool, sind wunderbar. Maria ist super! Sie hat uns sehr viele Tipps zur Umgebung zugesendet (auch die notwendigen Sachen, wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Zudem wurden wir mit einem sehr feinen Kuchen überrascht und wenn man etwas brauchte, kam sehr schnell eine Antwort. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und die Umgebung wunderschön. Parkplätze hat es genügend. Einzig die Schlaglöcher und der Zugang zur Villa sind etwas herausfordernd - jedoch machbar!

The villa is gorgeous scenic experience with views of the Tuscan hills. We came in Winter so we couldn’t use the lovely pool but enjoyed a wine tasting just up the street at Tenuta Maria Teresa. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and we loved congregating in the living room to play games. We cooked meals in the kitchen and had what we needed. It was very private and tranquil location 12 minutes from Lucca. The hosts were friendly, communicative, and worked with us easily on check in and out times even letting us arrive early. It is typical in Italy to pay for heat consumption, came out to 226 euro for three days even when turning it low when gone for the day so just something to keep in mind as it is a large villa. Overall, a lovely experience and highly recommend the location. We’d come back.

Besten Dank. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Vor allem der Pool war eine Bereicherung für diese Hitze. Achtung, es hat sehr viele Mücken. Gut einsprayen oder was da haben, wo raucht gegen Mücken. Die Badezimmer sind hübsch, sowie die Zimmer. Es hat fast alles was man braucht. Auch die Grillecke ist toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke und liebe Grüsse

The villa is the most beautiful place we stayed at during our 20 day trip through Europe. It’s a bit on a splurge in price but very much worth it. The views from the villa of the pool and the lake are breathtaking. The house is very beautiful, everything was functioning properly and the kitchen is great to cook in. We stayed in and cooked dinner one night and it was great. We also took advantage of the Complimentary olive oil tasting that is included with the stay and that was also of fun. Our guide said was so knowledgeable! I can’t say enough good things about this place. It was a much needed break during our busy vacation.

From the beginning, Marlene was an excellent host and Stijn, a most excellent property mgr. The house is even more beautiful in person. This is a magical place for tranquility and relaxation. The house is pristine and has all the amenities , we immediately felt right at home. We asked and they recommended farm to table cooking classes, and nearby towns to visit. All excellent experiences. Wonderful memories were made cooking and grilling, picking herbs from the garden. We enjoyed this truly spectacular home. The views from the hilltop where the house is located are breathtaking. There is a beautiful infinity pool and a great barbecue area. Watching sunsets and star gazing . We had just celebrated our daughter’s wedding and traveled from Rome and the serenity and Zen of the house and surroundings were just what we needed. Stijn took great care of us. We had an excellent time staying at this family home with an amazing view of Torrita di Siena. Great access to many popular hill towns (Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, etc). The house and property are beautiful, very private and populated with song birds and olive trees. The hosts are charming and very welcoming. They provided us with all the recommendations we needed and were readily available whenever we wanted to communicate with them. The house is well appointed and has multiple ways to cook from gas range to pizza oven and wood fired grill. I really liked using the giant pinecones as fire starter. We would definitely return and hope to. Such a precious slice of paradise.

Stunning villa in a beautiful setting. Francesco gave excellent directions & the peace & tranquility out in the Tuscan countryside was wonderful. Villa Angiolina is truly beautiful!!! The view is incredible and everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host was lovely and gracious and responded very quickly to all communications. She even arranged for an amazing pizza party with a private chef that was just one or the memorable moments from our time at the Villa. If this Villa is available…just book it!!! You will be glad that you did!!!!

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Sehnsuchtsort. Der Blick aufs Meer unbezahlbar. Wir hatten das Glück, fast die gesamte Zeit alleine auf dem Grundstück zu wohnen. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und man hat alles was man braucht. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt, da gibt es gar nichts auszusetzen. Die Einrichtung ist familiär mit persönlichen Dingen der Familie aber genau das liebe ich an AirBnB. Erinnerte mich sehr an mein früheres Familien-Wochenendhaus. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das Letzte Mal hier und ich danke Fabio&Valentina, dass ihr diesen wunderbaren Ort mit anderen teilt.

Superbe emplacement en hauteur de la campagne et des collines d’Ombrie. Vues magnifiques depuis la maison et le jardin. Équipement parfait et les 2 maisons permettent de séparer les adultes des plus jeunes ce qui a participé au déroulement très agréable des vacances familiales.

De villa is prachtig gelegen op een heuvel met een adembenemend uitzicht. Hij is heel mooi en luxueus ingericht De 6 slaapkamers zijn erg ruim en elk voorzien van een douche. Enkel de uitrusting van de keuken mocht wat beter. Zo werkte de vaatwasser niet naar behoren en was de BBQ oud en versleten. Maar dat zijn dan ook de enige minpunten. Ook het terras is heel ruim en volledig overkapt wat de nodige bescherming biedt op warme dagen. Er waren 2 lounge sets en 2 grote tafels aanwezig. Het zwembad werd regelmatig gereinigd. Dat gebeurde 's morgens vroeg zodat we daar geen last van hadden. Er waren voldoende ligbedden en parasols alsook handdoeken aanwezig.

I have so much positive to say about this place! Despite what some reviews mention about the drive, it's absolutely worth it. There's a small restaurant just 2-3 minutes away, easy access to the city, and you're only about an hour from Pisa and some beaches. The house was perfect—everything well thought out and worth every penny. The pool was amazing, and the host was very responsive. If you're visiting in autumn or spring, bring warm clothes for the chilly evenings. We were sad to leave, and I can't wait to come back to this dreamy property!

Abbiamo passato una magnifica settimana nella casa di Vincenzo. Eravamo 2 famiglie con bambini (5 in totale). Gli spazi in casa sono stati perfetti per accogliere tutti. La posizione, a 15 minuti di auto dalle spiagge di Lido di Camaiore e a 35 minuti dalla bellissima Lucca, si è rivelata perfetta. Fuori dal caos, immersi nel verde e nella tranquillità. Vincenzo poi è un super host! Amichevole e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato.

A rare circumstance where both property and hosts exceeded our expectations. The house is spacious with lovely views and a patio and pool for exclusive use by guests. It is well stocked and appointed, including a pool table and multi-game arcade machine. Much appears recently renovated. For those wanting to cook traditional wood-fired pizzas, there are two outdoor ovens, plenty of wood, and a host at the ready to provide assistance as needed. Emanuele and his wife are excellent hosts - gracious and welcoming yet non-intrusive. They had a fantastic charcuterie board and wine ready on our arrival and helped us with guidance and reservations multiple times throughout the week. They live in the house next door, but you wouldn't know it. All in all, one of our best AirBnB experiences in nearly a decade of stays - very highly recommended!

Veerle's place is truly spectacular. It beautifully combines the charm of a traditional Umbrian country house—with vaulted ceilings and a grand fireplace—with functional spaces that cater to all your needs. We stayed in the house during winter, and I can only imagine how stunning and peaceful it must be in the warmer months when the pool is open. The house is easily accessible via an asphalt road, and shops and convenience stores are just a short drive away. We strongly recommend this place and we will be back!
