Sunrise Escape is such a cozy and homey little getaway! It's comfortable, with the perfect touch of lived-in in while located close to work at the TVA plant. I come back every year and will continue to do so as long as Jennylynn has me! Thank you, Jenny for providing me such a great place to come home to after a long day of work!

We loved our stay at Christin (and Rick's). They are exceptional hosts, not only welcoming and friendly, but available to give any recommendations for your stay. We reserved the entire lower level and it was VERY accommodating. The place was so relaxing, peaceful and inviting. The pool was clean & refreshing and the patio room was great for meals/BBQ, drinks, movies, games or just chilling to the surround sound with the blue lights. Everything you needed was at your fingertips and every room had its own refrigerator, keurig and TV. And don't worry if you forgot to pack something, Christin has thought of everything you might have at your own home. The description for this Airbnb is very accurate and we would highly recommend staying here... I know we will again! Thanks for the memorable stay!

We had a fun and relaxing time! Everything was stocked and clean. There are ants but that's just part of being in the mountains. The views are amazing! We look forward to staying again.

We stayed here when visiting the University of TN with our daughter on a college visit. Less than 15 min to campus. Very quiet dead end street. Donut shop less than two min away. The house is exactly as advertised. We didn’t have time to utilize the hot tub but we touched the water and it was warm and ready to go. Thanks again for hosting us.

We only stayed one night as we were coming in for a funeral. I stayed there with my elderly dad and he enjoyed the place. The beds were comfy, the place was cozy and decorated very nicely. I really liked that both bedrooms had their own bathroom. Would definitely stay again if I needed to come back to Maryville.

JoAnn is a wonderfully warm and welcoming host, and oh yes her banana bread is superb :)) The room, bath and kitchen are sparkling clean and comfy and offer all necessary amenities. Beautifully located in a top neighborhood right by the lake - we enjoyed our bible time on the screened balcony overlooking JoAnn‘a beautiful garden and trees and lots of singing birds. Idyllic!! We hope to be back soon!

Tony and Barb's place was perfect for my overnight stay. I loved sitting outside in the screened in porch while sipping my wine. I would definitely stay there again and since it's a fully furnished 1 bedroom apt, I would book a longer stay as well.

El espacio es muy grande y está muy bien decorado. La cocina está muy bien equipada y había varios snacks disponibles. La cama muy cómoda. TV con conexión a Netflix y Amazon prime. Muy buena ubicación. Ellen y Roy respondían muy rápido si yo tenía alguna pregunta. Muy recomendable. Me sentí muy cómodo durante mi estadía.

Kim’s place is a quiet retreat away from the city. The decor is thoughtful, and made us feel welcome. I slept well in the comfy bed, and the shower is excellent. I would definitely stay again when I’m back in the area.

Would definitely come back for another stay here. Susan was extremely accommodating and provided us with snack and drinks upon arrival. Gorgeous neighborhood and view from the back porch of the lake. Super clean and comfortable space.

Margy was a great host! The listing fit our 6-person family well (2 adult couples and 2 children). The place has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There are additional sleeping areas but they are in a common/shared space (keep in mind if you have more than 2 adult couples). It was clean and quiet. We had zero issues during our stay. I would highly recommend Margy as an expert host. She provides so many amenities (toiletries, plenty of bath towels, cookies on arrival, snacks, breakfast, etc.) - above and beyond expectations! We wish we could have stayed longer because the property was so beautiful!
