This beautiful home was perfect for my family on spring break. The location was private and peaceful, very little traffic in a nice safe neighborhood to be out walking my dog. The house was new, immaculate and nicely furnished with COMFORTABLE sectional in living room (hard to find in an AirBnb) and beds. Would stay here again - highly recommend!!

We stayed at the Loudon Lake Lodge for our daughter’s wedding at Castleton Farms, which is only 15 minutes away. It was a beautiful, peaceful place to take care of last minute details and recharge after each event. Paul and Michele have clearly poured their hearts into the home and it was fun to explore all of their memorabilia. They are truly kind and thoughtful hosts! We would stay here again in a heartbeat should we be back in the area. Paul and Michele, many thanks for making our big weekend even sweeter.

This place was just what we needed. Beautiful quiet comfy place to retreat to after touring UTK. Wonderful cabin experience outside, with the comforts of home inside. Great place!

This year was the 4th time we've made our annual trek to Knoxville to visit family, and Alex's house is my favorite stay yet. It's located in Farragut, a lovely area of Knoxville. The neighborhood the house is in is very quiet. The house is well equipped and very clean. With the property meeting our expectations, I would add that Alex's responsiveness and clear instructions exceeded our expectations. When the coffee maker stopped working, he sent a new one. When I asked a question about how something worked, he explained it clearly. Then I realized that I'd already seen those instructions in his very clear house manual--I'd just forgotten what I read.

Susie has been an excellent host! Beautiful home, loved the outside kitchen w/ 2 grills, TV couch & blankets! Peaceful neighborhood, nice people, perfect for long walks. Cove park was beautiful w/ swings & volleyball sanded area as well. Cazzy’s was a nice quaint eatery host recommended w/ nice options. Susie will always answer any text or call within a short time frame w a very friendly response. Backyard is completely fenced in, so that’s a nice perk for anyone with dogs. Gourmet kitchen has been wonderful, we enjoyed making meals with 3 ovens & large 5 burner stove top range. Thank you!

We had a great stay.! House is very close to the water and our kids lived the kayak and paddle board and fishing on the dock!

Was a wonderful stay at the cabin. Hosts had the place perfectly set up for a visit, and we had a fantastic time, absolutely beautiful cabin and area. Only notes to future renters, be prepared for no cell service and potential wifi/power loss. First two days we were good but lost power one night due to Hurricane Helen. Didn't cause any big problems, we were perfectly comfortable and safe but check the weather before you go and if it looks a bit iffy make sure to get some non perishables when shopping. We had a fantastic time, thank you!

Anna's condo was exactly as advertised! Comfortable, squeaky clean, and close to UT and The Strip, as well as anywhere else in Knoxville you might want to go. But what stood out to me was how helpful and responsive Anna was when I had a few questions. A fantastic host makes the experience even better, and my family was grateful that we could spend time with them for the holidays. When we come back to visit, we hope to be able to stay here again!

Right off 411 a super great place to stay when traveling through or in our case visiting family. Close to the highway but you do t hear or see anything and feel completely isolated in a beautiful oasis. Super easy stay for my family thank you Renee

Check-in was really easy. Very easy to get in. Mike was very friendly and had written instructions when we got there. Had no problem getting settled in at the place ( located close to my daughters home) so it was easy to and from. We love the access for the garage, especially when it rains! Good sized master bedroom! Dogs loved the back porch area today out in the sun. Great place! We’ll be back for sure!

We all LOVED the house and location for privacy for our family reunion as well as all the amenities…We’d come again for sure.

This was an absolutely beautiful experience. The pictures did not do the house justice. Beautifully decorated, well stocked, peaceful ...... When we were at the house we mostly enjoyed the deck. On the last night was the only time we even turned the television on.... and that was only because my son wanted me to see a specific movie. Thank you Mary for all your assistance!!!!

Great house! I was in the area for work, and it made me feel right at home. Had everything you could need or want. Great WiFi, huge kitchen. Comfy bed! Our dogs love the yard, and it’s nice to be able to walk them in the neighborhood. Nice neighbors too. Highly recommend!

The cabinet was easily accessible from the interstate and was in a quiet and comfy area. Extremely clean accomodations were above and beyond. Should we ever be in the area again this cabin will be at the top of my list!

Why did I stay there this April? Because I stayed there last year and thoroughly appreciated it. It is right off the cacophony of strip malls and restaurants, but a curtain of serenity drops when you turn the corner. If a roof emblazoned with the Stars and Stripes offends you, you might not like it, but it sure helps identify the location. A copy of the Declaration of Independence on an interior wall exemplifies the decor. Be warned! After a long day of being confined, my dog enjoyed a number of outside ventures. My son, my dog and I were well satisfied. It is a blessed location!

The area is gorgeous. The home was in excellent condition and exceptionally clean. Other reviews that mention the home being dated are being extremely nit-picky. The driveway IS VERY STEEP but easy to navigate once you do it. My only complaint was the beds were extremely hard. The host communicated very well, except one time when I had a question about using local amenities. I learned on my own that you can use the wellness center by paying a small guest fee. All in all, I feel I got a lot for my money.

If I could only use one word to describe this place it would be "Cozy." This property is PERFECT! The decor is straight out of a magazine, all the utensils and appliances were SO NICE! Also, the beds? Phenomenal! Everyone remarked about how much we loved our pillows! I know that sounds weird to mention in a review, but they were that impressive. I need to know where they got them!!! The ceiling fan situation was also super great and easy to use. I want those in every room of my own house now! Checkout was super easy and the instructions were clear. Kim was super friendly and informative, leaving no need for additional questions! Plus, there were a lot of little items to make our stay more comfortable and convenient such as a make-up mirror in the bathroom, nice soaps, easy to find utensils, and comfy throw blankets galore! We all loved our stay and would highly recommend this property. I would go so far to say this is the best rental property I have ever stayed in!

Perfect house for my family to stay for the holiday. Like a home away from home. Will definitely stay again in the future.
