A great house for groups! Plenty of space and bathrooms for our group of 10 to spread out. Beautiful lake location and easy access to nearby grocery store. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in this area!

We had a great time and it was a perfect quick getaway for our family and our childrens' Spring Break! There were lots of amenities to enjoy - the lake, the hot tub, the playroom, the fire pit, the sandbox, the playground, fishing, and kayaking & canoeing. My brother-in-law caught 13 fish (so be sure to bring your fishing poles and take advantage of the back deck)! The home was clean and had everything we needed to be able to enjoy. The way the space was furnished and laid out was perfect to relax. Also, waking up to the view of the calm lake was serene. My husband and I also really loved our walks around the neighborhood as it felt like we were vacationing in the middle of a beautiful state park surrounded by nature, the trees, the lake, and the other lake homes. We also enjoyed the winery and local breweries as well ~ Was not a far drive at all. We definitely recommend it! Thank you for creating a space that allowed us to create memories & as if we were on our own private island!

Upon arrival at this house in Mineral, VA, we noticed the house's openness, beautiful décor, and thoughtful aesthetics, which reflected a perfect blend of comfort & style that immediately made us feel at ease. The house was clean & amenities well-stocked (as described) ensuring there were no unpleasant surprises. Bedrooms were comfortable; beds were cozy, allowing us to enjoy restful nights. The house layout was perfect for socializing for a large group & we comfortably hung out. The KITCHEN exceeded all expectations -equipped with various appliances, stainless steel pots, pans (& nonstick) & loads of small items – This level of stocking made meal prep enjoyable rather than a chore, helping us create lasting memories over shared meals. minor drawbacks— a few rooms were a bit chilly (extra blankets were readily available) & the hot water supply was somewhat limited – this was minimal compared to the overall enjoyment we experienced. Great kid and pet friendly lake house! Gentle sloping lawn right to the fire pit and waterfront is great for lawn games and activities. House is SUPER stocked with all the comforts of home and the layout was perfect for two small families. Interior is classic and clean, with a large flatscreen and comfy sofa for lounging after a day on the boat. We’ll be back!

This place is AMAZING!!! More than what we expected. Not one single complaint, but all praises and satisfaction. Clean spaces, well equipped kitchen, perfect view, plenty of activities/entertainment for everyone, hot tub was a bonus, boat house with open upper deck was lovely. Definitely a must place to go, specially when you’re considering luxury, comfort, and fun at the same time. Daniel is a gracious host that quickly responds and address every questions and requests we had. We already checked availability for our next getaway, even before we checked out! 😁. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Daniel’s place with 14 family members over Easter weekend. The home was exceeded our expectations . Clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra blankets. The panoramic view from the living room and deck was absolutely breathtaking. Check-in was smooth, and Daniel was very responsive and helpful throughout. We truly felt at home and made some unforgettable family memories. Highly recommend, and we definitely love to stay at this place again!

The house was lovely for a family with four kids 7 and under. The lake, hot tub, and water toys made for a lot of fun. We did have an issue with construction being done on the dock without our knowledge for two of the days, but the owners mostly remedied the issue.

We had a great stay at the Blue House and can’t recommend it enough for your next trip to Lake Anna! The house was well-equipped, clean, and the host was flexible and accommodating with our check-in/out times. The property has beautiful, waterfront views and is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Daniel's Airbnb in Lake Anna, VA! The house is a modern gem with an open-concept design, tall ceilings, and stunning sunset views that made every evening magical. The serene atmosphere was perfect for our family getaway, and the location is an easy drive from the DMV area, making it super convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring everyone slept well, and the huge front and back yards provided ample space for the kids to play. The heated pool was a major highlight for the children, keeping them entertained for hours. However, we did encounter an issue with loose tiles around the pool, which unfortunately caused some minor injuries to the kids. This is something that needs attention to ensure safety. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze for our large group. Overall, this place is fantastic for families or big gatherings, offering plenty of space and fun amenities. With some minor fixes to the pool area, it would be perfect

I stayed at this incredible house with my friend, and it was truly an amazing experience. The house was spotless, with everything perfectly organized and easy to find. Having rented at least 10 houses in the Mineral area, I can confidently say this one was the best by far. The cinema and jacuzzi were fantastic additions that everyone enjoyed. Not only did the kids have a blast, but the adults also had an amazing time. The deck with kayaks and stand-up paddleboards was exactly as described, and everyone had an amazing time using them. This house exceeded all our expectations and provided a memorable stay. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved the home and all the communication was positive. My only disappointment was the hidden cleaning fee. We thought we were getting a great deal out of season with the $303 per night rate. We ended up paying $1300 total for two nights which was not reasonable for two adults and three children. I hope for future stays the host is able to adjust this so no one else is as surprised as we were. (Less than five people should receive a different deal.) Overall, the home was beautiful, there was SO much to do, and my kids had a blast! We would love to come back!

WOW!!!!! Knocked our socks off with the bountiful supplies in the house. Plenty of everything that we needed or even expected with our stay. The house, the deck, the patio tables, the beach, all out door areas made it soooooo relaxing!! We did not have little kids, but couldn’t get over how much Daniel makes space for families!!! We loved the arcade game upstairs - fun touch! We were in love the moment we drive down the driveway!!! ❤️💯❤️💯❤️💯

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Daniel the hose was kind and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous—spacious, clean, and perfectly suited for our group of 20. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the basement was packed with entertainment, keeping both kids and adults happy. We especially loved the hot tub, fire pit, and the canoeing and kayaking opportunities right on the lake. So much was provided, which made packing and planning a breeze. Celebrating my mom’s 80th birthday here was incredibly special. We created countless memories and shared so many laughs in such a peaceful, beautiful setting. This home truly has everything you could ask for, and we’re so grateful to have found it! Highly recommend—we can’t wait to come back!

This was the perfect spot for our friend group to get away for the weekend. There’s tonnes of sleeping spaces, and the common areas easily fit our group of 9 adults for meals, movies, and games.
