Lakeside Cottage & Bunkhouse in Lake Wabasis Woods

Welcome to The Loon's Nest. A completely renovated bungalow w/50' of private frontage on Lake Wabasis. The double-lot property provides expansive views of the lake (in front) and private pond (out back). There's also a backyard bunkhouse. The Loon's Nest is very dog-welcoming. The yards are not fenced, but we provide ground stakes & cables. Additionally, guests enjoy the FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and private dock from early May through late October (weather permitting).

35 private acres of forest on rolling hill terrain. Lots of wildlife nestled very close to the flat river; 30-40 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!

Hello and welcome to our home! We are excited to share it with you! We hope you are comfortable resting in the spacious bedrooms, lounging in the spacious living room, watching movies and playing board games, or cooking a meal in the large, fully stocked kitchen. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space! We are a half-mile from the closest grocery store, plenty of local restaurants and 20 minutes to downtown Grand Rapids. Welcome to Swan Cottage. Nestled in a quiet cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has 66' of shoreline with private beach; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and a stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon, 2 kayaks and paddle boat plus private dock from early May through late October (weather permitting),

The Coop at Vintage Grove Family Farm

Welcome! This charming little house is a repurposed chicken coop on the farm. Enjoy the quiet, country life with all the comforts from home. The Coop is located between the main house and the large barn on a small hobby farm. This is a working farm with large and small animals, however, there are no hens in the guest house! During your stay, you are welcome to wander through the barn and visit all the animals. We do not have a TV, however, the internet works great!

The entire house is available for a COUPLE to enjoy a getaway or for 1-4 ADULT guests who are in the area for work, visiting family/ friends, traveling through or vacationing in the Lowell or Grand Rapids area. Our cozy, 3 bedroom, 1880's farm house is the perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet in a beautiful natural setting surrounded by forests and prairie grasses on the Flat River just a mile from the quaint town of Lowell. We have welcomed guests since 2013.
