The Lower Garden District/ Magazine Street area is one of New Orleans' oldest and trendiest neighborhoods, with a mix of 100-year-old houses, cool shops, and restaurants. Walk to Magazine Street, the St. Charles streetcar, coffee shops, and the beautiful homes of the Garden District. Close to the French Quarter, but tucked away from the noise. City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). Your code for the front gate and front door will be sent via the Airbnb app three days before your stay. If you need any help just give us a call.

Bedroom #2 doubles as living room, with queen size, memory foam sleeper sofa. Well appointed kitchen with gas cook top, microwave, french press, coffee maker, electric kettle, cookware, dishes, flatware. All linens and towels provided, as well as bath products. A balcony overlooking Race St, two doors from Magazine St, is a great place for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Wonderfully walkable neighborhood. The home is in a wonderfully walkable neighborhood, two doors from MoJo Coffee House and one block from Coliseum Square Park. Stroll up Magazine St to boutique shops, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, bike rentals, amazing architecture, and history. Free street parking usually available out front, or very near by. Public transportation available on Magazine St, St Charles Ave, a close walk. Uber, Lyft and taxi cabs also available. Guests will have to climb one flight of stairs to access the apartment.
