Unser Steinhaus liegt im Ort Lukoran auf der Insel Ugljan, die noch weitgehend vom Massentourismus verschont geblieben ist. Das Haus, dessen ältesten Teile im 19. Jh errichtet wurden, wurde von der Künstlerin und Schmuckdesignerin Rosivita liebevoll restauriert. Es ist auf einer Anhöhe gelegen mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer und die umliegende Hügellandschaft, auf die Skyline von Zadar, nur 10 min zu Fuss vom Meer entfernt. The house is situated 10 m away from the sea. On the balcony apartments has private hot tube for 5 people. In front of the house, right next to the sea is a small garden with a grill and a big table for 8 people where you can catch the summer breeze in the natural shadow. On the beach, we place our sunbathing chairs and parasols so you can enjoy the sea and sun. In front of the house is the berth for the small boat or jet-ski ( up to 6m ).e whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
