This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

This home is located in Clayton, NY in The Thousand Islands. It resides on 11 acres bordering The French Creek situated on The St. Lawrence River. One mile to historic downtown Clayton. Spacious back deck. This is a pet friendly home. New fenced in back yard. All new flooring. New paved driveway. New larger firepit. It is not directly on the River but it is about 1/4 away as the crow flies. It is very close to downtown. About a 5-minute drive or a nice, 20-minute walk. Level 2 EV charger.

Anchors Away

This is the perfect place to call home while fishing the infamous “golden crescent”. Functional, cozy and efficient, this 400 square foot fishing cottage boasts a double bed, a bunk bed, a bathroom with stand up shower and an efficiency kitchen complete with microwave, refrigerator and a gas stove. Dock your boat and/or fish off the dock of the famous “Taylor boathouse”. Or head to one of the many waterfront towns in the area such as Clayton or Sacketts Harbor to explore and dine.

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. Featuring a lakeview master bedroom with a king bed and a sliding door that opens on to the lakeside deck, a second lakeview bedroom with a queen bed and third bedroom with a twin and twin trundle. Two full spacious bathrooms for provide the space every family needs. Our waterfront features a large deck with outdoor dining & seating , fire pit and 20 foot dock. The property has an extremely large back yard available for use.

Tiny Hideaway - Cozy Waterfront Escape

The tiny hideaway is an adorable tiny camp (might have to duck if you are over 5feet 11 in doorway and bathroom) on Chaumont bay. Year round camp. It’s great for a small family or a get away for a couple. Great private water front to enjoy with a dock. Bring drinking water as it’s on a shore well and is not drinkable. ICE FISHERMAN: I do not suggest accessing the ice in-front of the camp. Most guest access at long pt 1.5 down the road.

Bunkie on Howe Island

Howe Island Bunkie: Enjoy the Thousand Isands on the St Lawrence River in a private bunkie. Cabin sleeps 2 with separate bathroom. Property includes kayaks , peddle boat, canoe, firepit (wood provided), corn-hole game, etc. Cabin has electricity, fan/heater, mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, tea, coffee (Keurig), dishes, bedding/towels provided and propane BBQ. Just bring your food, special beverages, and relax. Pets stay free.

The Annex, private hot tub

Spectacular views are yours from this newly renovated 1 bedroom cottage on Sawmill Bay. Three great local restaurants, shopping, marinas, tennis courts, public beach and boat launch are all within walking distance or a short drive away. Plenty of outdoor space on a private quiet road make this an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. NOTE: Hot tub is CLOSED from January 1 to April 1.

Relax and get recharged in nature. This adorable cottage is nestled into the cove of Three Mile Bay. Very private setting and within 5-mins driving distance to shopping, restaurants and more. NOTE: The Three mile bay boat ramp is closed due to reconstruction of the bridge to NY-12E northbound. Closest boat ramp is in Chaumont, that’s 5 mins away. Please consider before booking.
