Warm reclaimed hardwood floors leads to a deck at the edge of the Princess Park forest, with a salmon creek running to the west. Wildlife often passes through — raccoons, owls, and occasionally even a bear. Some of the North Shore’s best mountain biking is just a block away. Great for corporate travel, families or friends wanting to experience all Vancouver has to offer, but not be in the city. Our house backs onto numerous hiking and biking trails as well as a playground and tennis courts. Coffee shop/corner store 1/2 block away. Easy access to hwy. Whistler 1.5hr. Three local ski hills close by. Deep Cove 20 min.
