Cozy Mountain Cottage

Nestled in the Summer Hill gated community at Lake Glenville, the main level has an open living area with a large sectional couch, breakfast bar off the kitchen, and dining area. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV. The loft functions as a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out trundle. The sleeping areas have separate entrances to a shared bathroom. There is an upper and lower deck, gas and wood burning fire pits, charcoal grill, Green Egg, and a hammock to hang outdoors.

The Bearfoot Retreat streamside cabin is the perfect escape from the hot city to a cool, serene setting. We furnished the Great Room with over-sized leather sofas and chairs, giving it a comfortable mountain feel. Complete with a large-screen TV and ventless, remote-controlled gas fireplace, this beautiful room opens up to an expansive wrap-around deck. Whether you're enjoying the firepit next to Norton Creek or testing your skills in our Game Room, your family will love this experience!

Mateo 39A at Nantahala Weddings - pets allowed

Pets allowed. $75 pet fee per pet. $150 penalty if you fail to indicate number of pets via "Guests" drop-down menu when you book. The Mateos are 4 small bungalows with eye-popping views of Lake Nantahala and the Smoky Mountains through an 8-foot sliding glass door. Each Mateo has a queen size bed, private bath, ac/heat, and a kitchenette with a Keurig coffeemaker, refrigerator with freezer, air fryer, microwave, tableware, and glassware for two. The Mateos are not handicap-accessible.

*Sorry. No Pets* Relax in peace! The property is located on the Cullasaja River. Rocky River Lane is a dead end with only 5 homes. A small branch and Peeks Creek border the property and feed into the river. It's perfect for tubing and trout fishing, and if the water is up a bit, it's perfect for kayaking. The stairs from the bank to the river make for safe and easy access. The house is located way off the main drag with equal distance to Franklin and Highlands.

Location is close to every outdoor activities, hikes, waterfalls, lookout towers, streams! closest grocery store in Andrews, 13 miles
