Our stay at Ingrid's was wonderful! We cooked all of our meals, and it helped that the place was well stocked with a huge fridge, and tons of counter space. It was the perfect driving distance between Gibsons and Sechelt, and we got lucky with the weather! It was quiet at night, and we felt very safe. The master bathroom was stunning, the soaking tub was great, the beds were comfortable and soft, the fire pit on the deck was cozy, the place was spotless and their sound system was great. Ingrid was a very helpful and responsive host, and the place was even more stunning than I could have imagined. We had the perfect weekend away! We can't wait to visit again soon.

I came to the tiny seaside retreat looking for a beautiful place where I could disconnect from my life and get started on writing a novel, and I wasn't disappointed! It was perfect: cozy home, beautiful views and a great host to help me throughout my stay! Lauri was super responsive and helpful whenever I needed anything. The place was big enough for my needs and well stocked with everything you could ask for. I was nervous about the loft bedroom with the low ceilings, but I can honestly say I've never slept better in my life. I was grateful for the option of the fold out bed downstairs but didn't end up using it. Sitting out on the decks and writing each day while looking out over the water was heaven. I got to see one of the resident otters! I will definitely be a return visitor... I'm already planning it! Thanks so much for being so awesome, Lauri!

This place was an absolute gem! It had such a relaxing, beachy vibe that instantly made us feel at ease. The house was spotless, cozy, and felt just like home. The views were stunning! You could honestly just sit with a coffee and take it all in for hours. The host was incredibly kind and responsive! They also provided great recommendations and answered any questions we had We would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind by the coast!

We loved this airbnb. Such a gorgeous location on the water. We spent time sitting on the beach and walking the Esplanade. It was easy to drive to many attractions and restaurants. It has everything you need and a clear manual and labels to help. Spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying at this lovely airbnb.

Nice apartment that suited me and my partner very well for our week in Vancouver. Location was really good for us, in between the UBC campus and the city - and just a block away from a 24/7 bakery which came in clutch with the jet lag!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit was really easy to access. This space was cozy and comfortable. Everything was fresh and clean. The host was amazing and super responsive with any questions we had. Walks around the resort were lovely, pools were awesome for kiddos. Would absolutely stay here again. Randy and Barb’s home was absolutely perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated and it’s even more lovely than the photos. The view is unmatched. We watched the tide come in and out each day. The peaceful water views are a dream. We usually visit Florida each year and this year we wanted to stay in Canada. My family had a fabulous time and we can’t wait to come back. Our three year old loved the playground and the kids hot tub that had a slide! Endless fun. The resort has a delicious restaurant, a spa, trails and kayaks. Everyone was so friendly. This was an incredible space for our family to spend time together during the holidays. It was a short 2 minute walk to the beach with incredible views! We saw seals each time we visited the beach. The house was very clean, modern and comfortable. We loved having enough bedrooms for each of our children to have their own space and the common spaces were large and comfortable for everyone as well. Loved it!

Home away from Home, is how I would describe this. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were not only welcomed there but that we could feasibly own this place. We stayed a total of 5 nights, and were began to feel sad after the 4th night, knowing we would have to leave. Being literal steps from the ocean made for beautiful sunsets and serene mornings. The area is fairly well protected from winds as we were facing a North-West direction. The indoor pool, hot tub, gym and games room are all within a quick 3-minute walk. The indoor pool is very large with a large shallow area for the kiddo's. Indoor pool has a Dry Sauna as well. The hosts, Kimberly and John, are very communicative. There is a provided binder with local amenities and Places of Interest. We took their suggestions and had a wonderful time getting to know the area! All-in-all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We have officially decided that we will be making Vancouver Island our yearly destination.

My two sisters and I had the pleasure of staying at Margaret’s place for three evenings. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The accommodations are even more beautiful than the online photos. The views from the main living area and primary suite are stunning. The designer finishes and thoughtful decor complement the natural beauty that surround the unit. The kitchen was well appointed, furnishings abundant and comfortable. The area was beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Margaret was a lovely host - organized, helpful and thoughtful. Everything about our stay was a 10/10!

Enjoyed the privacy of the unit and the beauty of Pacific Shores Resort. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of dishes and pots and pans. Heidi communicated well with good information.

Stunning views! Friendly and accommodating hosts. Quiet, clean, and comfortable accommodations. The property is steep, which allowed many different ocean views and provided a little exercise. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay with everything our family needed. Celebrated two birthdays in a gorgeous setting

Michelle has created a custom retreat with plenty to enjoy. You are surrounded by elevated pieces all while feeling comfortably one with the space. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, and the tub was so nice I used it twice during our short stay. Our girls felt the magic of their sleeping quarters, using the desk, cozy reading nook and the canvas tie backs for the bed area with joy. We were well greeted and given a lovely rundown of the ins and out of the beautiful space. A special experience was had by all. Perfect for our family of four. This was our last stop on a multi-legged tour of the eastern side of the island. A haven between hikes, markets, and secondhand bookstores, I am so glad I booked last. True RnR.

We loved Ash’s place! We stayed here with two other families (5 kids under 5) and it was perfect. The place is gorgeous and the photos don’t do it justice. The basement floor is huge! There’s a sleeping space (no closed door option), ping pong room, an office and a separate lounge area with large sofa and tv. I really can’t say enough about this place. Big yard for kids to run around in, the beach at your doorstep, a hot tub, multiple spots to hang out and a big kitchen and pantry. The master is on the top floor and is gorgeous! We brought our own clip on high chairs and an extra pack and play (they provided one). Beware there are two sets of stairs so if you have small children or crawling babies, you’ll need to block them off. We didn’t have issue with this as we found things that worked and felt safe. Also, checking out was a dream! So straight forward and easy. We will definitely come back. What a gem of a place!

My friend and I enjoyed a beautiful stay in Rachel's suite. The room is cosy, clean, and has gorgeous views of the ocean. The balcony was a lovely spot to sit and look for seals. Everything is cosy, clean and comfortable. I'd highly recommend a stay here!

Stayed for three nights with my husband and 7 month old son and had the most peaceful and relaxing time. Grace was super responsive and friendly and her place exceeded our expectations!! Would definitely stay here again - saw lots of seals and bald eagles… super beautiful place to recharge!
