beautiful stay, in case you want to be in the city. the place is situated right in the middle and close to all the touristy places. our intention from the trip was to relax with good authentic Kodava food( please check our Coorgcuisine, which is 5 minutes from the homestay) Monthi aunty is a wonderful host and treated us with the best and utmost sincere hospitality. The rooms are ultra clean and we can ask her for anything and she will help us out. the homestay itself has a beautiful garden and waking up to such beauty is wat one needs on a vacation. She has two dogs of her own, who are caged. we prefer dogs sleeping with us and we found that a bit difficult to digest. but then, it was her home and we couldn't say much. Overall, a good experience.

The property was very aesthetic and well maintained. It was a vintage home with the best caretakers. They were very friendly and available. The room had a balcony facing a garden area. It's very close to the town and plenty of restaurants are nearby. Though it's near to the city, it was a very peaceful and quiet place. Overall, we loved our stay there and would definitely recommend to visit here.

Great property with beautiful ambience to stay.

This was a truly wonderful stay for me. Lakshman and his wife are incredibly helpful, welcoming and friendly - they went above and beyond on numerous occasions to ensure I had a nice day. A special mention to the local Coorgi food that was prepared for me - so tasty and a great chance to sample local cuisine. Finally, the property itself is lovely - it’s housed on Lakshman’s coffee estate, in peaceful surroundings and near to Nagarhole. There’s also three sweet dogs to play with during your stay - would highly recommend! :)

Overall a great stay, with a lot of greenery surrounding the place. The staff was quite responsive and helpful even with things of our trip apart from the stay. The rooms were clean, food was homely, staff was friendly, good space for parking, great views in surrounding. It is 10 KM away from main Madikeri, so if you want to order something from Swiggy you must do it before 6 PM, as it mostly is nonfunctional after that time point. Recommended for stay with family as well as friends.

It's a Wow experience. if u need peace, If u want to listen to birds chirping ,this is where you should be. The hosts displayed exemplary professionalism and poise .Thanks Jyotsna and Kaveri for hosting us with care.Special Mention to the jackfruit as well... Had a look at their another Property "The Perch" which seems even better, Thanks again for making us understand "nature is where haven is".
