Our employees lived in the flats offered by Jürgen for several months in total. Obviously, during this time there were situations that required immediate solutions and host intervention. Jürgen always responded promptly to our requests and solved the problems that arose. Communication was excellent, the host always responded to our messages within a couple of minutes. There are also no comments about the apartments themselves. Everything was as stated in the description and also the pictures did not differ from reality. We would recommend Jürgen and his properties.

A Home Away from Home – 10 Stars If We Could! Our stay at Mrs. Heidi and Mr. Herbert’s home in Nuremberg this January was beyond exceptional. As first-time exhibitors at the trade fair, we were new to the city, but their warmth, kindness, and incredible hospitality made all the difference. The home itself was impeccably maintained, and to our surprise, the kitchen was fully stocked —making us feel even more at home. they personally ensured that our entire floor was cleaned daily with the utmost care. Such dedication and generosity are truly rare! Me and my two sons are deeply touched by their thoughtfulness and the genuine care they extended to us. Their home exudes warmth, comfort, an experience we will cherish forever. We cannot thank them enough for support. If we could, we would give them 10 stars! Astrid was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. During my stay, I experienced a medical emergency, and she went above and beyond to assist me, even accompanying me to the pharmacy since I don’t speak German. What truly touched me was how she checked in on me over the following days—a gesture that showed genuine care. Her home was absolutely lovely: beautifully kept, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether short or long-term. The stunning water views and nearby beer garden added to the charm. While the house was impeccably clean, it’s worth noting there’s no microwave (the oven works just fine!). For groceries, dm and Rewe are about 2km away, easily accessible by bus. Out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, this was by far my best experience. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer! I can’t recommend Astrid’s place enough—it’s truly special.

El alojamiento de Uwe ha sido de los mejores en los que me he hospedado, limpio, cómodo, tranquilo y con todo a disposición. Fui por trabajo y la ubicación es excelente, sin ruido y cerca del río por lo que uno puede salir a hacer caminar en las cercanías. Otra ventaja para mi fue que la ubicación del departamento está cerca de Plärrer, donde se encuentra la oficina donde trabajo. Sin duda volvería a alojarme con Uwe.

Marie und Otto sind toll! Ohne Probleme erreichbar, super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir sind erst später am Abend angekommen und sie haben uns trotz Regen draußen in Empfang genommen und statt einer Schlüsselbox lieber persönlich auf uns gewartet, um uns zu begrüßen und in der Wohnung alles zu zeigen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage in einer der charmanten Gassen mitten in der Heidelberger Altstadt ist unschlagbar. Direkt vor dem Fenster ist ein tolles kleines Café und die Fußgängerzone ist nichtmal 20m entfernt. Man kann sogar das Schloss sehen. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier fehl am Platz, die Wohnung liegt mitten im Leben und ist genau richtig, wenn man Heidelberg erleben möchte. Eine riesige Auswahl an Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist direkt vor der Tür. Wir waren auf einem Konzert in der Halle 02 und konnten selbst diese mit einem Fußweg von 45min erreichen und dabei noch mehr von Heidelberg genießen.

Die Wohnung war einfach super! Alles war sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, und das neu renovierte Bad ebenfalls top! Die Wohnung ist zudem mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Gastgeberin Hildi: super einfache und sehr angenehme, hilfsbereite Kommunikation. Danke nochmal für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

The place was super clean and exactly like the pictures. The host was friendly and very responsive, making everything smooth and easy. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed. I felt completely at home during my stay, which made the experience even better. I would definitely book this place again!

Sauber, klein und fein, sehr angenehm zu bewohnen, in der Nähe gibt es Supermarkt, Tankstelle.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Die Unterkunft ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und schnell. Es sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar.

Piękne, czyste mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji. Gospodarza ma swój własny miód. Zameldowanie przebiegło bez problemu. Najważniejsze czyli parking oraz internet wi-fi był na miejscu. Polecam to miejsce !

Amazing! So much to love. Location perfect, light airy windows, beautiful wood decor, view of the Main river, car park was super easy and convenient for our day trips in and out right over to the autobahn, elevator for carrying luggage to the 5th floor. We wanted to stay another week! We had only transited Frankfurt up to now and are glad we finally took the time to see what the city has to offer.

L’alloggio era molto carino, il giardino meraviglioso, con altalena, trampolino, scivolo, sabbiera e yakuzi! Perfetto per chi, come noi, ha il cane ed un bambino. Infatti, anche all’interno dell’alloggio, vengono messi a disposizione vari giochi e librini per i più piccoli. Abbiamo riposato benissimo perché la zona è molto silenziosa. Assolutamente consigliato 👌

Die Gastgeber sind super sympathisch! Die Kommunikation war hervorragend und reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist gehoben, modern, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es mangelt einem an nichts, man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Einfach ankommen, seine Sachen in die Schränke bzw. an ihren gewünschen Plätzen verstauen, ein paar Lebensmittel in den Kühlschrank und direkt wohl wie fühlen. Das Highlight für genießer ist das Bad mit geräumiger Whirlpool-Badewanne und der sich im Bad befindenen Sauna. Wenn man morgens aufsteht hört man die Vögel zwitschern und manist sehr nah am Ortsrand, an dem man wenige min. fußläufig in den Ferlder spazieren kann. Schöne Rapsfelder mit der Frankufurter Skyline in der Ferne. Die gute Infrastruktur erlaubt es, in wenigen minuten in den Taunus auszuschwärmen um z.B. in verschiedene Wälder, Wanderwege etc. einzutauchen. Ich komme gerne wieder, man kann schön abschalten und es fühlt sich wie Urlaub in an.

Dorothee was wonderful and her place was a delight to stay in. I had issues on the road and arrived late. She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. I only wish I stayed here longer. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Sven’s place exceeded my expectations in every possible way. It was important for me to have peace and quiet, and Sven’s neighborhood had both. The apartment is fully equipped with appliances, even more than I found reason to use. Everything seemed brand new and the apartment was immaculately clean. I give Sven’s place a AAA rating.

The apartment is amazing and we had a great time there! We fully enjoyed the fireplace, the music in the house, and the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could ever need. It’s the kind of apartment that’s hard to leave — we’ll definitely come back. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and answered all the questions we had.
