Michael y su personal en sitio fueron muy amables . Doña Ana y su cuñado fueron muy atentos y serviciales. Michael mantuvo una comunicación fluida y fue muy atento y flexible. La casa es muy bonita y a pocos pasos pasos tienes acceso directo a la laguna Gracias por su excelente servicio!!

Loved being at a locals place and neighborhood. Got to see the culture so much more. Definitely submerged us into the language as Mr. Hector (driver and resident) did not speak any English. Very trustworthy man though. Felt comfortable with him.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, la casa siempre está limpia y ordenada. queda a 30 minutos de Managua y dentro de la colonia hay varios lugares para comer.

Petit problème au niveau des salles de bain vraiment fonctionnelles (une seule). Joli logement, grand et confortable.

Estamos muy contentos de habernos quedado en la propiedad de Leonel. La ubicación es perfecta cerca de un area comercial donde hay supermercado lo cual lo hizo accesible para nosotros y cercana a nuestros familiares. La casa es espaciosa, acogedora, se siente mucha paz, muy funcional para las necesidades de mi familia. Leonel nos atendió muy bien nuestras necesidades y sin percance alguno. Muchas gracias y esperamos que en un futuro podamos regresar.

Que decir de este lugar, es tan tranquilo y tan hermoso. Me sentí tan relajado estos días, además de la zona que es muy tranquila y llena de naturaleza. Nel se porto super linda y accesible xon nosotros todo el tiempo, además que su cosecha de café es excelente. En caso de volver a viajar a Nicaragua, no duraremos en regresar a este lugar ❤️✨️

Great Place within walking distance of the airport. Very clean and easy to find. There was an ice cold beer waiting for me, which was delicious after a 3.5 hour drive. Claudio was very helpful and responsive. Julie his assistant met me at the apartment with the keys. I will be staying here again in the future as I will be traveling in and out of Nicaragua frequently in the coming years. Thanks for the beer!!

Sécurité, propreté, gentillesse et surtout communication avec Carlos est vraiment bien. Un hôte attentionné et très réactif au messages. Je recommence fortement cette endroit. Hors sujet , l’emplacement est environs à 30 minutes d’endroits festives donc prévoir un auto, ou quelques dollars en taxi…

Très beau logement, le terrain était magnifique, beaucoup d'arbres et de fleurs. Un petit paradis en bordure du lagon Apoyo. La route pour s'y rendre est sinueuse, mais belle. Le dernier 500 mètres et très rocailleux et l'emplacement mal Identifié. Mais pour le reste tout est parfait.

Oscar was an exceptional host, even took the time to personally show my wife how to get to the supermarket and carried the groceries himself..!!! Always helpful with recommendations and assistance. Will definitely be back, wonderful place, peaceful and safe… it is one of my top stays .. thanks Oscar

I had an amazing time at James place. It was as warm and comfortable as the pictures. Everything was close by to get to and the taxi Milton was a great tour guide to show me around the city. I only stayed a weekend but I definitely will be back to visit and I will only stay here. Thank you!

Hey there! Just wanted to share that we had an incredible stay at Kodu apartments a couple of weeks back. The receptionist was super responsive and the house cleaners were exceptional. The place was spotless, and whenever we needed anything, it was taken care of right away. We stayed there for 8 days, and I really appreciated the security presence at the entrance. Compared to our previous stay elsewhere, Kodu Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. Our group of 5 had plenty of space with one bedroom having 2 beds and the other with one bed. The AC worked amazingly well, especially with the hot weather in Managua. Definitely planning on going back! I'd rate it a solid 10 out of 10.

Me encantó mi estancia en Kodu Apartments. El lugar es limpio, moderno, bien equipado, y las instalaciones como la piscina y el gimnasio están en excelente estado. La ubicación es conveniente y segura, con fácil acceso a todo. Además, las instalaciones están en perfecto estado. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí.

We were so happy with our stay here. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. The groundskeeper did such an amazing job keeping the area beautiful and an extremely clean pool which we enjoyed daily. The host and cleaning staff were friendly, responsive and helpful the entire time, even through the holidays. We will definitely be back to this location, this is our #1 pick in the city. Close to everything you need and a wonderful place to enjoy. Thank you Kodu staff and security!!!
