Wohnungen als Ferienunterkünfte in Manilva

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal die Unterkunft gebucht und durch die neuen Badezimmer ist sie noch schöner. Von hier aus kann man einfach wunderschöne Ausflüge beginnen, insbesondere durch die guten Tips unserer Vermieter. Einfach ein gelungener Urlaub und wir sind bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal hier gewesen. Auch die private Dachterrasse ist ein Traum und lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein. Na dann Tschüss und bis bald... Malin was very clear with instructions from the start, he gave many suggestions of places to eat. Place was perfect location in front of market square close to bus stops and shops. Thanks for a great experience

Das Apartment zeichnet sich durch die sehr zentrale Lage aus. Es befindet sich in der 2. Etage eines sauberen, ordentlichen Hauses. Der Balkon und das Schlafzimmer befinden sich von der Straße abgewandt, daher sehr ruhig, und vom Balkon aus blickt man auf ein Gartenstück mit Palmen. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber Marco hat auf unsere Wünsche sofort reagiert und uns zwei einzelne Bettdecken bringen lassen statt einer großen. Danke dafür. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Die Stadt Estepona mit ihrer Altstadt ist sowieso immer eine Reise wert. Erwähnenswert ist noch, dass es einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage gibt, die bei der dortigen Parksituation sehr angenehm war.

Great location, views, balcony was large and nice for evening sun! Parking also. Just be aware it is just one double bed and a sofa bed in studio. Well equipped apartment!

El apartamento está genial, limpio y ordenado. La ubicación es perfecta. Un lugar tranquilo y de fácil acceso. Cerca de supermercados y restaurantes y a pocos km de Marbella en coche o transporte publico. Ya he repetido en este mismo apartamento y es muy probable que lo vuelva a hacer.

A clean, large, well equipped apartment . The huge balcony and wonderful views were incredible.

Throughly enjoy my stay and extended it for another few weeks. Good location, easy access to all amenities. Will definitely stay again if available.

Tres tres beau logement, confortable, bien décoré, propre et spacieux. Beau parc pour enfants à proximité. Procedure darrivée tres simple.

A lovely apartment in a beautiful complex with several pools. Tennis courts and padel courts a plus! Would be even better if there was some rackets and balls in the apartment. The bathrooms are really very small and not 'luxury' but other than that we had a great stay and Nicolas was a great host!

Ik werd last minute super geholpen, het appartement was snel klaar en kon er daarom ook snel in. Super fijn!

Conny’s apartment is a real ‘home away from home’ - I would have loved to stay longer. It is beautiful, very spacious and tastefully furnished ,and lovely to be in. Super quiet yet located right in the middle of old town Marbella - which is also super lovely and quaint. We did not have a car and it was close to the promenade to walk for miles in either direction. Plenty of shops around and the area was abundant with restaurants- food is fantastic here. As for our dear host Conny , she was the most caring and endearing host I have ever met. She went way beyond the usual expectations and the three of us all felt very supported in our connection with her. What a beautiful warm hearted woman! Connie made our experience in Marbella a very endearing one. Also she has gone all out to pre- empt any need a traveller may have, she is so generous. We all felt really touched by her generous and thoughtful care - as these qualities are often what is missing when we travel. She covered it all.

We loved our stay at Dominic’s place. First time trip to Gibraltar and it was perfect. Walked from the airport in 10 mins, across the runway, a big novelty especially as I’m a bit of an aviation geek😁 Easy to jump on a bus outside to most locations (bus info is helpfully printed out in apartment along with other local attraction info) or walk the 10/15 mins into the heart of town, ocean village etc. loads of bars/restaurants etc. East beach is lovely for a swim and 7-8 min walk. Spotlessly clean, beds super comfy, we had everything we needed. I now have to buy an egg chair for home as our 14 year old loved it. The balconies were amazing, couldn’t get much closer to The Rock. Dominic was so quick to respond to questions and we were able to drop our cases in the apartment early after arriving at lunchtime & then wander into town with just our hand luggage bags . Thanks for a great experience😁

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The back patio area opened up the middle of the complex away from the street which made it quiet and peaceful. The pool was still warm enough to enjoy when we visited in early October (but either was not heater or the heater was turned down quite a bit). The home was comfortable and we enjoyed the air conditioning in each room to control the temperature. We would stay here again.

The location is good. Private small garden is very nice. Were visited by some cats which kept us company. Parking was easy (in November). Evening sun. A big plus for us was how this place has everything. Even a nutcracker. Also there were shampoo, sunscreen etc. Lots of spices for cooking, which we did a lot. Dishwasher. Clothes washer. More: board games. A book. TV which was brand new. Three air conditioned/heaters which were all in perfect condition. I could go on. The sofa is a real sofa not just a convertible bed, so it’s reasonably comfy. The «fully stocked» complete home is what we like the best, having used professional hosts (companies) for our lady stays, and in those cases it’s always very empty. In Sandra’s place there were even three ice cream cones in the freezer. Overall it’s a very functional place. Although the interior is a bit bare (not very cozy). But this is personal preference One thing to be aware of is the cancellation policy which is not very flexible

As always it’s a safe choice to rent from Tracy. I’ve rented from her before in Sotogrande. This was a beautiful apartment and seemed newly refurbished. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds were good - an you important thing for us. The lokation was perfect for us so the teens could walk to the Marina, port, the beach etc. themselves.

Sungme was a very friendly and helpful host & always responded quickly. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning - we loved both the sea & mountain views as well as the other amenities like the fully equipped kitchen (incl. a washing machine), huge terraces, the 2 comfortable bedrooms & bathrooms. One highlight, of course, are the private sauna & whirlpool. Another nice feature is the grill on the rooftop terrace, even though we didn't use it. We felt at home immediately & especially liked the privacy of the apartment & the large outdoor area. However, it's important to know that there is a construction site opposite the building, due to which parts of the view might be blocked soon. The noise didn't bother us, though. The apartment complex (& district) is very new and also has a community pool, sauna, gym, and parking garage. The beautiful beach with shops & a train station are really close, but be aware of the steep walk back up the mountain. Overall, we'd love to return soon!

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit schönen Bädern. Das beste ist natürlich die große Dachterrasse mit Jakuzzi und der fantastischen Aussicht.

Wonderful views and comfortable apartment with large terrace with glass panels you can open up on warmer days and close on windy and cooler days. The level of this apartment is on the same level where you park your car, so easy access. Be aware not all closet spaces in the master suite are available to you nor in the kitchen and living room (locked off by owner). There is a washer and dryer which is great since not all apartments to have dryers. We needed some espresso cup that fitted under the nespresso maker and were delivered in no time. Excellent response from the owner in case of questions. I do recommend this nicely decorated apartment.

Juan Jesus was an amazing host , helped arrange birthday balloons for my girlfriend and gave plenty help during the stay . Very quick to respond. The place was amazing too perfect for what we needed , would be back

A wonderful apartment in a beautiful location. Very spacious for 6 adults. Clean , with everything you could need. Incl towels enough for pool side each and shower each. Plenty of wardrobe space and coat hangers. Aldi and Carrefour, very close by.

Tout était parfait de notre arrivée à notre départ. Merci encore pour la gentillesse de Moussa et de Virginia qui nous ont bien facilité notre arrivée ainsi que notre départ (flexibilité) Je recommande les yeux fermés,au plaisir de revenir prochainement.
