The apartment was well-kept and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, its location on Marine Drive meant that shops were just a short distance away. This is an old flat, but it's well maintained. The space is generous and can easily accommodate more than 10 people. All five rooms were spacious and clean. While the furniture was a bit worn and slightly rusty, it didn’t affect our comfort or enjoyment of the place. I had a great experience overall and even ended up extending my stay by an extra day.

Arun's flat is a lovely comfortable place to stay. The location is good, close to a supermarket, easy for taxis to find and plenty to see and do. A short Autorickshaw ride to the metro is also handy and makes seeing the rest of the city easy. Aran is a great host, always reponsive and helpful.

This Airbnb is in an awesome location. Central to marine drive in downtown Kochi. Walking distance to the water ferry that connects you to anywhere you’d need to go in Kochi. An amazing view from the balcony. Private gated parking, spacious apartment, awesome bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you’d need. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking to explore Kochi.

Très bon accueil par Sebastian et ses enfants, extrêmement gentils, serviables, et de bons conseils pour aller explorer les Backwaters. Ils nous y ont organisé une journée formidable, sur un petit bateau privatisé. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents, nous nous sommes régalés des crêpes à la coco! Par contre, les chambres ne sont pas très grandes, et il ne faut pas s’attendre à être dans un hôtel grand luxe. Nous ne retiendrons que de très bons souvenirs dans cette belle famille! 😊

We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. I cannot put into words how special Deepu and Christine made our visit , Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and traditional I will certainly return. Thank you Deepu to you and your family and friends. I feel we arrived as guests but left as good friends . Highly recommend a visit to stay . Beautiful home well maintained by the family. Great efforts by the family for such an eco friendly living. Aditi - such a smart, sensible girl- made our days super special and gave such lovely company to our kids. The family was so welcoming to our kids that my son spend the whole time with his lovely new friend. They shared their home grown veg n free range eggs with us. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

Peaceful stay.. perfect way for me to welcome 2025! Its a beautiful 2 bedroom space with a coomon room n spacious verandah towards the backside of the home. There is also backwaters behind the house which makes for perfect early mornings n evenings. The best time i spent was early mornings by the backwaters - could see flock of ducks pass by, locals taking boats going to their destinations, and the beautiful sunrise hitting the waters - just gorgeous! Jeffin was amazing - very responsive, helpful, and the complimentary breakfast provided was yummy Kerala style. Thank you for all the help during the stay. If you are looking for a serene place with calming vibes and gorgeous tropical climate then please book a stay.
