This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

Walking distance to shopping, dining, park, and a playground. We live upstairs, when at home, we respect our guests’ privacy, but the suite is below the main level of our home with a separate entrance.

Private suite in a daylight basement, sleeps 1-6 people. Entrance to the suite is through the garage. No stairs. Our neighborhood is quite and full of large trees & friendly people. We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. NOTE: Please review our strict pet rules before booking.

Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.

Large sets of windows allow natural daylight into the space. Parking is provided for one car. Only guests with positive history of reviews will be able to book.

This attached guest suite is simply appointed, bright, and clean. We’re in a small, quiet neighborhood tucked just out of the way - just under two miles from the historic Marietta square. Bedroom with attached bathroom (shower) are at the back. Through double French doors is a living room and full kitchen with the basics provided. Private entrance to the front leads to the carport. We look forward to welcoming you as our neighbor - if only for a night or two!

The Grant Perch features an above-garage studio apartment with a a kitchenette (microwave and toaster oven) and full bath. Located in the historic Grant Park neighborhood, the Grant Perch is surrounded by lovely places to visit, eat, and explore. PLEASE READ: This space has ONE king-sized bed - it is not a true 2-bed unit, despite the way Airbnb lists it. There is a sofa bed available, but we recommend it for children, not adults.
