Si può alloggiare lontano dal trambusto della città avendo comunque a portata di mano il mare e l’allegra città di Civitanova. A disposizione una Jacuzzi per i due alloggi.

The Villa is surrounded by old olive trees, vineyards and pristine farm land. Villa Caravaggio is only 3 km away from numerous beaches, idyllic towns, restaurants and promenades.

Mit eigenem Eingang, komplett eingezäunt, 3 Parkplätzen, einer Veranda im privaten Garten mit Tisch und Stühlen, einem Gemüsebeet und Obstbäumen. Zwei große Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad, Wohnzimmer mit Doppelschlafsofa und Kamin, ein weiteres Bad und Küche.

The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.
