This, 1000 square foot home, only 35' off the Bay of Green Bay, was built in 2018. The setting is picturesque and tranquil. The 1st floor of this 2 story home features a complete kitchen with a full size refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, dishes and cookware, a dining area, a half bath, and a living room that looks out to the Bay of Green Bay. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms both w/ queen beds. Plus a crib in one. The common space has a queen pullout. Full size bath w/ dbl sinks.

Relax and play at this beautiful and private 1.5-acre property w/ two gravel pads for boats/RVs, 50-amp service, 2 kayaks, 3 paddle boards, 2 canoes, and a small sailboat. Play badminton, croquet, corn hole, or other games in the spacious yard. Golf and boat landings are just down the road. Wildlife areas and 5,000 acres are a short walk or paddle away. Included are 2 kayaks to use at your leisure. Boat ramp nearby. Please note the cottage sits on a well, so the water has an off smell so shouldn’t be used to drink!
