Jane’s place is situated up a hill outlooking a beautiful hill and seascape. The beach is approximately a km walk and is small,unique and safe for fishing ,snorkelling ,kayaking or for little ones to swim .. can get very crowded in summer or on public holidays ,but other times you can enjoy the beach almost to yourself.. plenty of squid from the jetty and lots of interesting history. The home is a comfy beach shack and feels homely.

The property had two separate spaces, which was perfect for accommodating both early sleepers and those who wanted to stay up late. The town itself was peaceful, and its proximity to the jetty made it ideal for fishing. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience!

We loved our stay, the house was awesome, spotless with everything you need with beautiful view from every windows and wildlife at your doorstep. Nicole has been really responsive very kind and helpful ,couldn't except better. Just be aware that in summer the road close by the house and can be a bit busy with the beach and campground at Rapid Bay (it didn't spoil our stay at all).but in same time your are just 5 minutes away from the beach . We had takeaway at the Thai food Hunger-Eze and it was delicious don't miss it. Don't forget that it is a bit remote so, do your shopping before as the General Store just got the basic, however they have the best Ciabatta bread ever. We highly recommend the house and thank Nicole for her professionalism and kindness. We would love to come back in winter for a weekend and enjoy the fire place after a day exploring the stunning Fleurieu .

Perfect place for our workers to stay while we did a fishing charter in port Victoria. Great space for the kids to play, families to stay. Heaps of stuff for the kids to do and play with. Heaps of space and fully enclosed yard for them to wander. On the beach. Big space. Couldn’t have been better.

Thank you Jason and Halina, we had a very enjoyable Easter break in your lovely home at The Pines. We enjoyed some lovely walks along the sea front, enjoyed your comfortable outside area eating meals out there, our boys made great use of the basketball hoop! It’s definitely one we’d love to return to. Absolutely felt like home away from home. Thank you for being so hospitable and making the whole experience easy for us.

Mark was a lovely host and was very responsive to messages and queries. The house was beautiful, large enough for 4 people and clean. The property was close enough to the beach for a nice peaceful walk. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Mark!

Wonderful, dog friendly accommodation. Extremely clean, well stocked with essentials, and in a perfect location, close to Point Turton facilities and attractions and down the road from Flaherty's Beach. Perfect for families or friend groups with a huge table on the front deck and plenty of places to chill. We felt right at home, and would definitely stay again. Thanks!

We had an amazing stay! The house was very tidy, fully equipped with everything we needed, and perfect for our big group with kids. It's in great location to explore Yorke Peninsula and has a good playground nearby. We had such a great time and would absolutely love to come back for another stay!

Mia’s place was the best choice for our family outing. We were a group of 3 families with 6 adults and 6 ids and kids had a safe environment to play. We did the scenic walk from Coobowie to Edithburgh and back together with kids. Drove to Innes National Park as well. Highly recommend Mia’s place it is well worth for the price that we paid.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the home felt warm and inviting. It was incredibly well equipped with everything we could have possibly needed, which made our stay so comfortable and stress-free. Every detail had clearly been thought of, and it really added to the overall experience. The atmosphere of the home was so lovely and relaxing—it truly felt like a home away from home. We loved our time here and are already looking forward to our next visit. We’ll definitely be staying again!

We had a really good time. A hiccup with the power supply on the first night which was the power supply company’s fault. Damien was quick to respond when we contacted him about it. The house is excellent for a large group.

Another brilliant stay at JoAnne and Andrew’s shack. As always, we had absolutely everything we needed, and it was super clean, tidy and cosy. JoAnne was extra thoughtful in welcoming our special guests from the UK and celebrating a birthday.
