This apartment is located inside the famed Kemp House. The Kemp house, circa 1938, is a Tudor Revival home, built for T.J. Kemp an agent for the Sinclair Refining Company during the 1930s. This large residence is noteworthy for its brick detail and half-timbering. Originally a single-family residence, it eventually because a boarding house in the 50s and 60s-renting rooms weekly. Later it housed retail stores, a coffee shop, and The Blue Heron Gallery. This space was used as an Art Gallery.

Thank you for taking the time to look at our beautiful barn apartment. The apartment is in a 4 stall barn on 60 acres of lush NW Ocala Horse farm property. This apartment has been completely renovated. Sorry no pets. The apartment is perfect for a single person or a couple. Full size bed. All new bedding, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator / small freezer. Check-out is 10:00 am Eastern. We do have outdoor security cameras. There are NO cameras in the barn or apartment.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families. The farm is near many diving and spring water venues, Chi institute, Fire College, zip line, and other Florida amusements. Pets by special permission, may not be left in apartment alone, or must be crated. 15 $ pet fee
