The house was a great fit/layout for our family of four (teen kids), location was convenient, and easy to get to. It is on a main route, but we never felt that there was too much traffic, nor did it ever get loud enough to notice inside. We did have a little maintenance hiccup, but Ethan was very quick to respond and did everything he could to make it right. We would absolutely stay here again!

This cute little 2 bedroom house was exactly what we were looking for so we could enjoy our stay in CR. It was easy to get to, in a quiet neighborhood, and had easy access to a lovely park with walking trails. The house was clean and neat, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place for our large group's annual weekend football game to see the Hawkeyes. There is a lot of space, both inside and outside to spread out and enjoy the stay. Melissa was great to work with and responded to all of our questions and requests. I would highly recommend this home for a large group travelling to Iowa City.

We were all so happy with Boyson House. It was close to our event that weekend and to my daughter's house. The space had just what we needed! I was so pleased to have the very large fenced in area for my dog to run free! I wasn't expecting that size of a fenced in area. She got some good exercise there. I also appreciated the laundry room area just as we entered so Cricket could feel like she was a part of what we were doing without being under our feet. Her crate fit well in there - so much space. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have different areas to sit and chat. I recommend this place!

The Airbnb was perfect for our family’s stay. It was nicely decorated, very clean, and had thoughtful touches such as a stuffed animal on the bunk bed and board games. The location was central to downtown Cedar Rapids and there was plenty parking on the street for us to park. We had no trouble accessing the unit and were promptly given a check in code. The house itself had plenty of space and was perfect for a family traveling. Happily would stay here in again!

Great local townhome in the Coralville area that looked recently remodeled. The 3 bedrooms on two levels gave excellent and private sleeping options, and with comfortable living room spaces on both levels. Within a mile and walkable to grocery, restaurants & shopping including the Coralville mall. It was perfect for our needs, and more spacious and affordable than hotels. The full kitchen was fairly well stocked with appliances with plenty of seating opening into the living room. My only caution is that the stairs to the finished lower level were open, so something to watch if you have very small kids. Thanks for making this available!

This four bedroom home is clean, modern, and spacious. It has an open plan on the main floor with access to a nice screened-in porch, and a big family room on the lower level. The bed rooms are large. There is easy access to I-80 or to surface streets for getting to Coralville shops and restaurants. Brandin was great at quickly responding to any questions that I had as we prepared to travel there -- we were attending our daughters wedding. They have most of the kitchen utensils you need for cooking, although it could perhaps use a few more plates and glasses. Overall, a very positive experience.

This will forever be one of my favorite Airbnbs! Marybeth & Stuart quickly accommodated me after another reservation fell through and it ended up being a blessing in disguise. They’ve put so much thought into making your stay as comfortable as possible from labels on everything to sound machines to crystal clear instructions. The area is friendly & safe, and just a half mile from restaurants & shops. The WiFi is fast & the beds are comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

House was easy to find, newer clean home. Great multi room accommodations. Only glitch was we did not know the hosts expectations for check out ie sheets off the bed etc until after we had left because we left early and he messaged around 6 am. No big issue though.

This house is so cozy. Well stocked, there was nothing that we needed and couldn’t easily locate on our own. Very clean, comfortable beds, it felt like the owners cared about our comfort as if it were themselves staying there. Walking distance to shops, wineries, restaurants and the brewery. Very quiet area even though so close to the main strip.

The home was absolutely beautiful and we felt right at home. It was clean and there was even board and card games available to use. It was very relaxing and there were lots of things to do in walking distance if you wanted to. Owner recommended a restaurant for breakfast and it did not disappoint! We will definitely stay there again in the future.

From the beginning of making the reservation to check out, everything was great. Mattresses on the beds were extremely comfortable with great quality linens. Nice bathroom well equipped kitchen. It was everything my family needed from beginning to end. Restaurants. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you so much.
