Surrounded by local shops, coffee and eats, The Breeze offers a blissful escape with the ocean lapping only 400m away. Situated on the ground floor of our two-storey family beach house, The Breeze has its own private entry. The apartment has been generously prepared with thoughtful touches like french linen bedding, floor to ceiling storage and a number of streaming services provided.

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. Totally private and secluded, with a full kitchen. Catch the cool breezes and watch the sunset from the private deck. Walk to Alexandra Headland, Mooloolaba, Cotton Tree and Maroochydore.

This private self-contained apartment is situated in a renovated Queenslander in a quiet street, within easy walking distance to the beach, the river, restaurants and cafes, shops and movies. With its own private courtyard, my place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers alike. Safe on- street parking. Unfortunately the property not suited for children.

This light and airy air-conditioned bedroom with ensuite is ideally situated at Mudjimba Beach. Self-contained with its own private entrance, it is located in a very quiet street one block away from the surf, cafes, restaurants and shops. Guests can park right outside the door. Facilities include a bar fridge, free-to-air TV and Wifi, DVDs, toaster and complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities.
