Enjoy an exceptional 180° view of the Dordogne while swimming in our infinity pool (open May to October only) or hot tub (available all year). Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

Elle se situe à l'intérieur du triangle Sarlat -Montignac (Lascaux) - Les Eyzies et offre ainsi une multitude de sites et d'activités à découvrir. Idéalement positionnée pour les amateurs de randos pédestres ou en VTT et pour les amoureux de la nature en général, baignade surveillée à 4km à l'étang de Tamniès. Notre chalet est situé à Saint-Amand de Coly, village labellisé “plus beaux villages de France”, à 26km de Sarlat et 12km de la grotte de Lascaux IV. Sur la propriété une place de parking gratuite vous est réservée. Vous pourrez aussi profiter de la piscine avec sa vue imprenable et sa partie faible profondeur idéale pour les enfants. Un terrain de pétanque éclairé, un terrain de badminton, une table de ping-pong, des balançoires, une aire de pic-nic sont également à votre disposition.
