We had a wonderful day Stay here! We love to walk, and the location was just perfect for that. Great walks to the beach, and around town. Excellent restaurants within a short walk. An easy walk to the harbor to catch the ferry to the islands. We enjoyed our stay, and we hope to return. So glad we found this place.❤️

Location is KEY and Aaron is an OUTSTANDING host. Responsive, knowledgeable, & excellent recommendations. The property was exactly as shown on Airbnb. Every detail is thought of for what you need for comfort and convenience. The location was PERFECT for everything we hoped to see and do on the Cape & Martha's Vineyard for a last minute vacation with our family before the regular summer season begins. The weather was sunny for late April and in three days we walked, biked and hiked beaches/trails around Falmouth, Chatham, Nauset, Provincetown and Martha's Vineyard. Non stop fun was had in museums, aquariums, seeing the Right Whales from the shoreline at Race Point and Herring Cove, the sunset at The Knob in Falmouth, sunrise on the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and on the island we enjoyed Vineyard Haven, Oaks Bluff, Edgartown, Menemsha, Aquinnah Cliffs, beaches that looked like you were in Hawaii w/ black sand and being up close with Alpacas at Island Alpaca Company and more. Enjoy!!

We stayed at Lisa’s place for three nights and it was a 10/10 experience. Lisa was a fantastic host and was very helpful with island recommendations prior to our trip. The property itself is stunning and although we wanted to explore the island, the property also provided a beautiful landscape to just relax. Even given its private, peaceful location, it was still so convenient to town. The house is an adorable converted barn that has incredible, rustic charm and the decor was so beautifully thought out. Before we even left we were talking about booking again in the future. We definitely recommend booking here!

Vlad’s home was a wonderful place to stay with many people! Really appreciated all the decor and attention to detail. My friends and I stayed for a wedding, and we were so glad all communication was smooth. Would definitely stay again!

We loved staying at Whitney’s house! It was the first time an Airbnb exceeded our expectations! The home was stocked with everything we needed and more. The home is so pretty and cozy and tucked into the neighborhood which was very private. It was about a mile from the Town center so we could easily ride a bike or drive to the beach and there’s so much to do in town. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets and towels. I have absolutely no complaints. We would definitely stay here again. :)

Beautifully remodeled home, lovely setting on a large pond. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. I am an avid cook/home chef and appreciate the decent cookware. So many places have understocked kitchens and wounded cookware. Comfortable King bed. Thoughtfully decorated. Nice quiet neighborhood. We travel with our 13 year old boxer who has traveled the country and we appreciated the one level living. We did not mind being farther from town, we love the wildlife and the beautiful swan swimming on the pond! The host, Benjamin, was easy to get ahold of, though we had no issues with anything at all. The booklet on Salt Crystal that was sent ahead to us was extremely helpful to us! We would definitely stay here again!

Akansha & Manav were wonderful hosts. Their beautiful little ranch is exactly as described - a well-appointed, open floor plan that feels spacious and cozy. The interior was spotless upon arrival and the amenities were everything I'd have and need at home - including a well-stocked kitchen with supplies, etc for those that enjoy cooking and grilling. I didn't have the chance to enjoy the firepit and grill as much as I'd like given my winter stay, but it's a cute backyard with lights - peaceful spot to unwind. As hosts, Akansha & Manav were incredibly kind and responsive. I had the pleasure of meeting Manav in person while he was for a few spring maintenance projects. The house is newly repainted and fresh inside. I was a 10 minute drive to downtown Falmouth, local trails, beach, ponds, and bike paths, and Mashpee Commons. It checked all of my needs and more - I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Falmouth / Mashpee area.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed this sprawling home in the center of a golf course. The host was friendly and responsive and the home had all the amenities we wanted. The yard was great for the dogs to run, and the beach and Audubon were within walking distance. Highly recommend.

We had a girls trip for a few days. We chose this house because it had plenty of room and bathrooms for the 5 of us. The bedroom on the first floor is a bonus for those having trouble with stairs. All of the beds and pillows(!)are very good-like tempurpedic! The hosts were quickly responsive. We noticed the kitchen did not have a coffee pot except a single cup Keurig-not great for the number the house can hold. One was delivered the next morning. The house is great, my four or 3 stars are for upkeep, and lack of freshness for the price. The house was clean, but a number of light bulbs (and many different shades of white)were out, the walls, moldings and baseboards were badly in need of paint. There were tp holders that had fallen off and a shower head on the bathroom counter. There were no instructions about what to do with trash /garbage. We had to leave bags in the kitchen. We suggest a comprehensive binder with house instructions. We had a great time. The house is just tired.

Perfect stay - just be sure to bring or order sheets and towels!

Perfect stay. Pool was amazing. Host was very responsive to everything. Great for families, Just bring socks with friction pads on the bottom so you don’t slide .

What a relaxing and wonderful stay! Barbara’s place was welcoming and even better than the pictures. The house has everything you need and the addition of the community pool was the cherry on top. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning to Barbara‘s place the next time my family and I visit MV.

This home was great for our family. The pool and backyard are beautiful, and the house was clean and welcoming. There are a lot of activities in the area. I would stay here again!

We had a great stay. The house is new and is exactly as it appears in the pictures. The views are stunning. There are a total of five bedrooms and four bathrooms, which was perfect for our family vacation with 7 adults and 3 kids. Only suggestion is if you have little ones bring a gate because there is no door to the basement stairs. Speaking of kids, the pool is SO awesome to have if you happen to get a rainy or cold day. Plenty of space/seating to eat inside or outside. We would definitely come back!

This was exactly what we were looking for--it was equal distant from vineyard haven and oaks bluff, right along the bus route. We ended up renting bikes and biking to and from different towns, which was amazing. Theda was extremely responsive and even let us check in and out when we needed. We'll definitely stay here again when we're in town!

Exceptional space and decor.. all brand new appliances and dishware. A really lovely place. Definitely recommended!!

Cannot say enough good things about the stay and the hosts. The place was beautiful and clean, conveniently located and we loved the short walk to the beach. We spent each day exploring a different city, and we felt perfectly located to be in a comfortable, peaceful area away from everything but not too far from anywhere we wanted to go. Pups loved the yard, lots of room for them to run and play. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have picked a better place for the first vacation with our baby.

We loved our stay! Impressively clean house with all of the necessary amenities. David was very courteous and kind and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay the studio was exactly as described in the photos it was very comfortable lots of space for the two of us and our dog and a great location. Andrea and Tracy included a lot of extras to help make us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this rental. Thank you.

Rebecca’s house in Wareham was a blessing! She is an attentive and responsive host, any concerns I had she was able to resolve immediately. We found ourselves wishing we had booked a longer stay to enjoy everything there was to offer!! Thank you Rebecca!

We stayed at Whitney's place for a family trip, and we had a wonderful time. The place was pristine, felt very homey, and was well-equipped. The location was great - just steps from downtown Falmouth, the beach, and the Woods Hole ferry to Martha's Vineyard - and quiet; perfect for our trip's purpose. Beds were comfortable and we loved the separate upstairs/downstairs thermostat. Finally, Whitney was a great host - flexible with check-in times, and always ready to provide local spot recommendations. We would definitely stay there again.
