It is eleven miles north of Inverness, near Dingwall, and is conveniently situated for tourist destinations north and west. The property has an open plan lounge, sleeping area, kitchen, and separate shower room. Activities include fishing, bird watching, shooting, walking and stunning landscapes for the keen photographer. Also seven golf courses close by and a wealth of History in the Highlands. We are also very dog-friendly so no need to leave man’s best friend at home!

Sealladh Dubh sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth, there's fishing - permit required - on the doorstep,beautiful views over the Black Isle. Dingwall town centre is a 10 minute walk - aprox 1/2 mile - with many cafes, restaurants, hotels, and pubs. The North Coast 500 route also passes through Dingwall. Hill walking and nature trails are also easily accessible or if it's beaches you're after, there's an abundance. We supply tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, bread, water and butter.

Hillbank Cottage is a two bedroom, two bathroom home 15mins drive from the highland capital of Inverness. The cottage was completely renovated during 2022 and has been tastefully decorated by a local designer. Guests can enjoy a modern / vintage feel to the traditional Highland cottage that dates back to the mid 1800's in the lovely village of Conon Bridge. Tucked away in the heart of the village on Leanaig Road, the cottage is a stones throw from the local coffee shop and shops.
