We had a fantastic stay at this property! The apartment was in excellent condition — clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, right between MIT and Harvard, and just a couple of blocks from the Red Line subway, which made it so easy to get to Boston Common and the heart of the city. The amenities were great, and everything we could possibly need was thoughtfully provided and well stocked. The host was responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience seamless. We would definitely consider staying here again for future visits!

We just a wonderful few days in Boston for the marathon. Maude was the perfect host… we really appreciated the flexibility with check-in and check-out and were so grateful for the provisions left for us, particularly as we arrived late! The location is perfect, it meant that we could explore everywhere in the City on foot. The neighbourhood is particularly great for restaurants and when the sun came out and the temperature rose, the vibe was fabulous. As a previous review mentioned, if you’re looking for a pristine, freshly painted apartment then it’s not for you, but if you like ‘quirky’ and a house with bags of character, (I especially loved the art), then I’d highly recommend.

Stella’s was a great host - her place was in a perfect and cozy neighborhood location that allowed us to easily walk around the Somerville and Cambridge areas and get where we needed to go. She was incredibly accommodating when we needed additional time to store our luggage for checkout as well which helped make our trip far less stressful. I would certainly recommend staying here as a home base during future Boston travel!

Stayed at Norma and Pablo’s place for one day, to attend an event at UMass Amherst which was about 30 min away. Comvenient location, with stores, coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with all necessities provided. Most of all, we appreciated hosts’ flexibility with check-in. We were travelling with an infant and needed much earlier check-in, to get much needed rest. Pablo and Norma made sure we were able to get in early which made our trip much easier than anticipated: this was greatly appreciated!

Thanks Jo for the accommodation. This place was meeting our requirements, our stay was pretty comfortable. It was warm, clean and my 3 yr old enjoyed the backyard. Jo was approachable and friendly to talk. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is a cute ADU within walking distance to the Route 128 station. The unit is very spacious and reasonably priced. Wuke graciously helped us out when we needed laundry detergent. We would stay here again. Only downside is that the ADU has a bit of an unfinished feel. The shower did not have a curtain, the bedroom skylight window was papered over, and there was command-strip residue leftover in a few places.

Really nice house with plenty of room! We made such great memories with our 3 & 6 yr old grandchildren! So many games, toys & books. We had great kickball games in the front yard! Very close to cute walkable downtown with shops, restaurants and ice cream places! Our only downside was the amount of ticks we had to remove from our dog! Pay close attention to the warnings! Had to apply our backup prevention, an all natural cedar spray. Worked like a charm and all returned to normal.

It’s always wonderful when what you see in online photos is what you get when you open the front door! Yulia’s home is beautiful with all the comforts of home and conveniently located to the ferries to the islands. Its location allows you to bounce around to various spots on the cape, by car of course :)

Nestled in a serene neighborhood, we were just a stone's throw away from the picturesque ferry to Martha's Vineyard. We spent a delightful evening exploring the island, indulging in a delicious dinner at one of the local restaurants, and soaking in the stunning views. The convenience of being so close to the ferry made our trip effortless and enjoyable. The highlight of our weekend was undoubtedly our private jet ride to Nantucket! The ease of traveling from Woods Hole to Nantucket was incredible, allowing us to make the most of our time in this beautiful region.

We loved staying in Sihame's Airbnb! She made the process easy and seamless. Sihame's home is beautiful and had space for us to spread out and relax, her home was stocked with everything we needed during our stay and the bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds! Sihame's home had a farmhouse feel with modern updates. It was walking distance from town so everything we could've possibly needed was at our finger tips. Sihame's communication was excellent. She was responsive and flexible with anything I asked. We really enjoyed staying in Sihame's place and are grateful for her generosity. My family and I were all meeting from out of state at this home for a little weekend get together. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with many utensils,cookware, and supplies. Everything was clearly marked which was great! There was A/Cs in each room which helped create a comfortable environment! There are two sets of stairs that are quite steep but do have handrails. The living room and bathroom are quite small but everything was very clean and enjoyable.

Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

Great stay for a large group with everyone having room and options of private room or shared space for a sleepover vibe. Having plenty of space for relaxing all together before or after heading out and having transportation close by made it the the perfect rest stop with the Green Line being relatively close. It is stated in the listing but with a large group the single bathroom becomes a bottleneck so making a plan for the bathroom helps alot with time efficiency and also with the rooms having mirrors as well as a sink in the kitchen it's easily manageable. Thank you so much to the host for being responsive and for sharing the space.

This is always my favorite place to stay while visiting family in Medford. It’s convenient, very clean, and comfortable. Joe is a great host and he makes the process very easy.

This is our second stay at this location. The highlights of our stay: the place is super clean. They have a washer and dryer in the lower level which was a huge help for us as a family. This place is walkable to a bunch of things in newton (where I grew up) and also an easy location to get onto public transit to go into Boston. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

We always book with Dawn! Her place is amazing. We feel right at home. She ensures the house has everything you could need in case you forget something. There are extra details to make your stay more comfortable. Her linens are softer than mine at home! There is plenty of space for my family of five to stay comfortably. I highly recommend booking here! We can’t wait until our next stay here.
