A cosy and relaxing "home from home" stay awaits you at this centrally located Victorian property in the historic and quirky town of Matlock Bath, where you'll be greeted with breath taking views across the Derbyshire Dales. Our property comes supplied with everything from board games, books, Netflix, dvds, games console to baking equipment should the mood take you. There are several cafes, pubs and restaurants to choose from aswell as entertainment to keep you amused all in walking distance.

If you want peace and solitude with stunning sunset views in a comfy, lived-in, dog-friendly place of your own Copy Wood Cottage is your ideal location. Situated on a steep hill above the Derwent Valley, it’s a short drive or good walk to Chatsworth and Bakewell and Matlock. Nestled on the edge of Beeley Moor Copy Wood sits below woodland and is surrounded by fields grazed by sheep. A short walk down brings to Rowsley village. Pepper Cottage is a stylish yet traditional workman's cottage with a modern garden room extension situated on Church Street, about 5-10mins walk into the centre of Matlock. It is ideal for dog-owners as it has a fenced garden and easy access to the High & Pic Tor for walks with fantastic views across Matlock & down to Matlock Bath. The front of the cottage looks up to Riber Castle. There is a lockable garden shed for bikes. Ideal for couples & families with older children.

The property has been lovingly updated to keep period features while providing modern living. The property is accessible via a flight of stone stairs from the lower drive way. Due to the period nature and historic listing road side parking is necessary.
