Great house, large, homey, comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Would have been nice if the pool was ready for swimming.

We really enjoyed our stay at Susan’s place! The Airbnb is nestled in a lovely neighborhood filled with Spanish-moss draped trees. It was an easy walk to BJ’s Steak & Seafood restaurant for a tasty dinner of fresh local Georgia shrimp. We had fun eating where all the locals dine. Susan was very thoughtful and had fresh water and pet bowls set up when we arrived. There is a private charming outdoor area right where you enter…perfect for morning tea or coffee. Susan’s place was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The shower pressure was great. There were roses and lilies blooming outside. The furnishings had true character & were perfect for the space. We would gladly return.

My family and I had such an awesome time staying at the Loggerhead Lodge! The Airbnb was roomy and had everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to a front row seat to the see the sun rise and to hear the ocean waves from the porch. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella to make relaxing at the beach a breeze. Make sure to pack your own groceries and plan out meals to bring on the ferry ride over or contact Francine Bailey for the most awesome low country boil ever! Our hosts were fabulous and quick to respond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and easy! We loved staying on the island and our stay at Loggerhead Lodge. I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a roomy, comfortable, well-stocked place to stay.

Loved our stay at the Blue Heron. So spacious and all furnishings and kitchenware was all nice and up to date. Outside area was beautiful and fun to hang out in - our teenage boys loved the kayaks and playing football and ping pong outside. We took a few beach trips to Jekyll Island which was nice and quiet. Stephen was very responsive and made us feel very welcome. We would love to come back!

My family and I really enjoyed the space and all the house had to offer. Everything was as advertised and Heather was extremely responsive throughout the entirety of our stay. Our kids loved the proximity to water views and a short drive to St. Simons. Would recommend!

The house was very clean and check in and out was so easy. If you like a busy vacation this may not be the place for you. However, if you just want to chill out and fish and ride the back river, this is fabulous !! The area is very quiet and the sunsets are beautiful.

Awesome place. The view is absolutely beautiful. Loved the river. The house is spacious, very comfortable beds. The soaker tub was very relaxing. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.
