Vintage Enterprise wood cook stove, ample dining space, wifi, TV, Netflix, heat pump, BBQ, and tranquil waterfront on the Taxis River. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds consisting of a double on the bottom and a twin up top. Living room couch converts to a queen size bed. Outdoor patio and a firepit!

Note* this unit is on the third floor and there are 32 steps to the top. Newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment + bonus room (it’s up to you to find it;) in a 130 year old historic mansion, the large 1000 sq foot space where this apartment is located was originally the attic space of the large Victorian mansion. Located in a central Northside location close to walking trails, walking bridge, downtown, several restaurants and breweries. Security cameras are on all exterior doors of our property

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Grainfield cottage is the newest edition to Hambrook Point Cottages. Built as a replica of the original Homestead cottage and features all the historic details, with a larger loft and full bathroom. Beautiful four season cottage located in Douglas Harbour on Grand Lake, NB. The cottage has two bedrooms and bathrooms with a large wraparound deck that leads you to a 200 ft private sand beach with dock. The cottage is fully equipped with Wi-fi, TV with Amazon fire Stick, BBQ as well as a washer and dryer. Come relax on the beach, or in the hammock. Cool off with a swim or fish off the dock. End the day with a bonfire on the beach.
