We enjoyed an early family Christmas with our adult children at this lovely home. There was ample space for all six of us to dine, relax, playing games, etc. We even found out what we needed in the kitchen to make our traditional Xmas cookies together. It was well equipped. The yard is very nice and if there had not been a bit of a cold snap, I think we all would have taken advantage of the outdoor space more. I think this would be a very nice retreat in warmer weather. Michael was very communicative and accommodating, offering up and early check in and late check out since there were no other guests around our reservation. Our stay was a pleasant experience.

The house was absolutely stunning and well furnished! The pictures posted were amazing but actually being in the home was absolutely breath-taking. The cost was well worth the experience! The house is extremely spacious inside (for my family of 9) and the exterior was the icing on the cake between the fire pit, lake activities (kayaking provided), and just relaxing in the pool or on the balcony. The surrounding neighborhood is all newly developed luxury homes right next to a golf course. Restaurants and shopping centers are about 10-15 mins away. Adam & Caleb were excellent hosts and were extremely welcoming! I will definitely be booking again with them in the future! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with lovely neighbors next door and sizable backyard for the kids to run around in. Very clean and loaded with helpful things like beach towels and a very complete kitchen (love the “nice” plates for adults and plastic plates for the kids!). Minutes from stores and parks / playgrounds. Excellent central location to Huntersville, Charlotte, Birkdale, Davidson, and more. Hot water limited for getting 3 kids clean in the same night, but the bunk beds made up for it. A lovely, clean home, great for a family to enjoy a week or weekend at the lake.

Had a wonderful time, and the various levels perfectly suited my family. Had a few great rounds on the pool table, too. Highly recommended!

This single level, 5 bedroom home is on a beautiful lake with a very big yard and many activities (including kayaks, paddle board, dock, tether ball, fosball and fishing). The portable crib, high chair, small couch and outside chair in the children's area was very helpful for our grandson. The setting was very peaceful. There were many outside activities including the Whitewater Center, the amusement park and nature centers that we enjoyed.

The house was great and in great condition. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone and would stay here again. The next time I am near lake Norman

A wonderful, wonderful place for a weekend retreat! Everything we needed. From hiking at a local trail, to yummy local resturants, from canoing on the lake, to cooking in the kitchen, from relaxing on the dock, to relaxing in the den. All was great! And the bathtub in the master suite was sooooo nice! Thank you for providing a comfortable space!

The home was absolutely beautiful! We had plenty of room and Mike even allowed us to check in early. There was a problem with the hot water for most of the day when we first checked in but Mike took care of it fast as he could. The master bedroom has feathered pillows, so if your like me and allergic you may want to bring you own. Only things I could critique on is the cleaners should be paying attention to the outside balcony. It was full of pollen so I had to try and sweep as much as I could to even sit out there. Also, the AC…I would set the thermostat at a comfortable setting (69-70) it would always change back to 72-74 and once to 82. I am not sure if the owner is watching it and switching it or what but it got very warm at night so we ended up crashing on the couch under the ceiling fans. After playing cat and mouse with the thermostat throughout the day and all night we decided to just checkout a day early and sleep where it was cool. Other than that it was a great stay.

Serenity Cove was absolutely incredible! The pictures didn’t do it justice! It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with some friends. The views were incredible and picturesque. The location was the best of both worlds being far enough from the city to feel like you’re tucked in your own little wonderland but still close enough in case you need to run to the store, go uptown or place a delivery order. The house is stocked with all sorts of things like cooking utensils and games and truly nothing beats just sitting and spending time on their amazing deck. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a spot for a getaway in the Charlotte area.

This was the perfect home to relax with family. Being on the lake and having access to the kayaks and paddle boards was amazing. We had a great time and we loved calling this place home for the week!

This is a beautiful waterfront home. Inside, it was clean and comfortable, with all amenities included as advertised. Great home for families, as the kid's corner is fun, and there's lots of fun to be had on the property for kids. The hot tub worked great and was clean. The large windows provide wonderful views of the water, and the deck is a great size to enjoy the view from outside. The location is generally about ~15 minutes away from stores. Highly recommended for a getaway!

What a great stay - didn’t fully understand or appreciate “lake life” until we stayed at this house. The views are stunning, the private dock is really cool, lots of stuff to play with like kayaks and a big Lilly pad for kids. The house is adorable, very well decorated, spotlessly clean with comfy beds and nice linens, and extremely well equipped including a chemex and French press for coffee, lots of cooking tools etc. overall a great stay.

Cozy retreat is an understatement. This place was great. Exactly as described. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. Would for sure recommend to anyone looking to escape from the norm.

We had a wonderful stay at Roberta’s place! Definitely recommend, especially when the weather is warmer so the lake activities can be enjoyed.

This house was beautiful and the perfect size for us! We were there for our son’s wedding and it was nice to view the lake and drink coffee on the deck. Everything was very nice and we hope to visit again! Wonderful host as well!

Wonderful home on a beautiful point with a fantastic view!! We would certainly stay here again, the whole house has a perfectly chill lake vibe, comfortable furniture, and is immaculately clean! Arouna & Charlie were wonderful hosts, immediately responsive and the care they have for this home shows!

We enjoyed our stay at the Wylies retreat. The home was very spacious. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. Overall our stay was a 10/10. Will be returning
