If could give it 10 stars I would Absolutely spotless the bed linen was exquisit 5 minute walk to Walking Street, plenty of restaurants/food and massage parlours In the future when I move here permanently I want a place like this!!! Beautiful!!!!❤️👌😁❤️👍

The apartment is spacious and very plain and simple with no decoration but is everything you need for a short stay. Great to have the swimming pool across the street (but still in the complex). And rhe security and reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location in District 2.

Great location and very convenient to travel around Saigon. Nguyen's place is cleaned. She responded to our questions promptly. Her place has extra soft drinks for free. I would refer this place to my friends.

Great studio in a great location. On a market street which has great food and atmosphere. No noise from the street when in the flat. Host was lovely and provides all the amenities, even a few cold beers in the fridge! Will definitely stay again.

7군 푸미흥 내 다소 안쪽에 위치한 숙소입니다. 사진과 동일한 숙소였으며, 굉장히 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 2일마다 한 번씩 숙소를 청소해주었습니다. 건물 내 호스트가 귀여운 고양이를 키우는건지 저녁에 한 번씩 엘리베이터 앞에서 고양이를 볼 수 있엇습니다.😊 그리고 밤에 잘 때, 주변에 시끄러운 술집이 없어서 조용하게 잘 수 있는 점이 정말 좋았습니다. 다음에 언제 또 호치민에 갈 지 모르겠지만 다시 예약하고 싶은 숙소라는 생각이 들었습니다. 잘 이용하고 갑니다~!

Nice decorated room, spacious room also. It's located in the city center so easy for moving around. It's in the small alley, so a bit of effort required if you have big luggage.

Right from the booking Thao was communicating as much as possible understanding our arrival time and the needs of our stay. She gave restaurant recommendations , tour recommendations etc… it was really helpful and the stay was great … it was aesthetically and centre to many main attractions of hochiminh city… couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay … a great experience overall …

Having such a great time! We have 7 people and the house got everything we needed for 3 days.

This apartment was beautiful and clean, would stay here again if I came back to Ho Chi Minh.

This house is nice and huge! It’s only a 10-15 minute drive from all the fun stuff. The host and staff were incredibly welcoming and made my entire family feel at home from the moment we arrived!

Nhi is a wonderful host I’m really happy I stayed here. Pros:  New apartment building, its nice and clean High quality everything, EG shower is hot 30 seconds after turning it on, high ceilings, strong aircon etc Quiet location, its quiet enough to read a book or take a nap anytime Safe: doors and windows are thick and well made and downstairs also has seperate locked gate, D9 is a short ride into town so I found the location to be perfect It’s by the river so there’s some nature nearby for a nice walk or ride Host is perfectly responsive, kind and fluent in english Price is good Cons: Cant think of any! I wish I could stay longer :)

非常に素晴らしい施設です。ホーチミンに滞在するのであればここが最適でしょう。 滞在先のフロアからショッピングモールは専用のエレベーターで直結です。1階またはB3階に行くことができます。１階のエレベーター乗り場からはすぐにLê Thánh Tôn通りに出ることができます。Grabやタクシーもここから乗り降りすることができます。B3階のエレベーターはスーパーマーケットのすぐ近くです。 部屋については、なんといっても夜景が素敵すぎます。サイゴン川方面の夜景です。Saigon Skydeckよりも絶景が楽しめます。窓からもテラスからも最高の景色を楽しむことができます。 部屋の電気のつけ方や消し方がわからないこと、蟻がいたこと、水回りが詰まっていた事や施設の老朽化が所々ありますが、それを補うだけのプラスポイントが多いです。 ベットはキング１つとクイーン２つでしたが、1つのクイーンのマットレスは硬かった。 シャワーとトイレは2箇所あります。バスタブは1箇所です。 上層階なので暑いかなと思いましたが、エアコンの効きはよく、快適に滞在できました。 ホテルと違って朝食はありませんが、ホーチミンの街は朝が早いです。すぐ近くにホテルよりも素晴らしい朝食を提供するレストランが数多く見つかります。また、コンビニのサークルKも近くにあります。 はじめに戻りますが、他の高級ホテルやレジデンスも検討していましたが、立地、価格、サービスどれをとっても、ここに決めて本当に良かったと思います。 また、ホーチミンに滞在することがあればぜひ宿泊したい！

Close to the airport, but would not recommend walking from airport to the studio. This suite is a studio style apartment with a bridge, microwave, hotplate, plates and glasses available. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. The studio had a a washing machine Hine in the balcony which was very convenient after traveling for several days. Unfortunately, the bed was a hard to sleep in, so if you're used to a pillow top or a comfortable soft/ medium soft bed you will not like this one. Downtown will be a about 20 to 25 mins via Grab and depending on traffic. Over all a good stay and very nice studio.

Best place to stay in HCMC , this is just 10 mins walk to district 1 , easy to find grab bikes / Cars as location is very much familiar ,it's easy to get in and get out around the area .

Great premium class property and very spacious flat. The area is less congested and has everything you need - a gourmet store, several coffee shops, a pharmacy, a supermarket etc, plus very close to downtown and D2. Was renting for my family visiting and they were very happy with the apartment and the amenities.

Our group of 12 had an amazing stay at Jennifer Thuc’s Airbnb! The place was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was perfect for a large group, providing both privacy and great common areas to hang out together. Jennifer was a fantastic host—super responsive, accommodating, and helpful with recommendations. The location was also convenient, making it easy for us to explore the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with a big group!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, il était très bien décoré, très propre et disposait de tout ce qu'il fallait pour pouvoir y rester plusieurs jours. Nous sommes aussi allés nous baigner dans la piscine sur le toit de l'immeuble et avons pu admirer les spectacles et feux d'artifices qui ont lieu chaque soir depuis la terrasse de l'appartement (vue imprenable sur le spectacle !!)
