This well appointed home offers a full kitchen with induction cooking facilities, convection oven and all the equipment to prep a romantic meal. A bedroom area under high vaulted ceilings decked out with a queen size bed, luxury mattress and egyptian cotton sheets, is a relaxing and airy space for kicking back after a day of exploring. A stylish and modern bathroom that boasts a rain-shower is just the way to unwind and soak up the Melbourne mornings. Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.

A short stroll to the No. 57 Tram stop (taking you directly to the CBD) and local shopping and restaurant precincts of Union Rd and Puckle St. Not suitable for parties.

The neighbourhood is 4 km from the Melbourne CBD, and 100 meters from 86 tram to city and train station, and bus line along Hoddle Street. All this provides easy access to city, MCG, Rugby Stadium, Tennis Centre, Theatres and NGV. We are empty nesters with a kelpie dog, Peppy.

The Stables, Fitzroy Nth - spacious, light filled

A uniquely Melbourne experience - perfect for an extended (or short) stay. The Stables were originally built in 1880 for the horses that serviced the Victorian home they are situated behind. The Stables have been converted into a spacious, sun-lit, private, fully self-contained accommodation over 2 levels with a shared garden and independent access (allowing you to come and go as you please). It is a short stroll to great food, leafy Edinburgh Gardens, public transport and bike paths.

Lakes Studio is a sweet little space situated on the border of Newport and South Kingsville in inner West Melbourne. Newport is approx. 15 mins from the CBD via car or train. We are less than 5 mins walk from a couple of cafes, restaurants, a small grocer and laundromat and a short 5 min bus ride from a shopping centre for anything larger you may need. On the doorstep is Newport Lakes precinct, comprising of self guided walks, birdlife, dog walking and great picnic spots.

Please note studio is extensively steam cleaned for your COVID-19 safety, along with eco friendly cleaning products. We use solar power and have our own water tank to ensure we limit our environmental footprint.

Beautiful Brunswick Villa

A delightful, small, one bedroom unit in the heart of Brunswick. Ample, free street parking is available, but public transport is only a few minutes walk away. Basic cooking ingredients included as well as all kitchen utensils and all linen and towels. The bed is only a double, not a queen and the bathroom is very compact. The unit has a private courtyard and a washing machine. Come and see why Brunswick is the most desirable suburb in Melbourne.
