Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a half bath, downstairs a master bedroom with bathroom, open concept living room kitchen area. And Main level laundry area. This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home below the upper Balsam dam close to County A bridge, with stairs to dock on Wolf River so you have boat access to Shawano Lake, takes about 20 min to lake with 35 HP pontoon you can rent from American Marine. Snowmo trails nearby, great place to stay for Packer games bring your family or plan a get away with your friends. WiFi and YouTube TV available.

Up North Woodland Retreat

Ours is a "modern" rustic cabin in the beautiful Northwoods near Lakewood, WI. We are " silent sports" folks , but live in harmony with ATVers, snowmobilers, etc. and being 2 miles from town it's very peaceful. The snowmobile/ ATV trail does go right past our property but sounds seldom bother us. THIS IS OUR HOME, ( and we love it!), so we rent it out while we're travelling, making it a real " turn-key" set-up for guests.
