Mariangela è una Super HOST! Meravigliosa!!! Tutto perfetto dall’inizio alla fine! Come stare a casa per l’accoglienza e la disponibilità davvero incredibili! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima e spaziosa villa, le camere sono ampie e splendide, ben organizzate, letto comodissimo e bagno in camera, TOP! Noale è un borgo fortificato bellissimo e strategico: vicino a tutto, da Venezia alle Dolomiti alle ville Palladiane ecc.. Per Venezia c’è un treno comodissimo attaccato a casa e in 20’ circa ci si arriva senza il problema del parcheggio (che è disponibile e gratuito nel giardino della villa!). Che dire? Grazie Mariangela, torneremo assolutamente e ogni volta sarà per un tour diverso in quel territorio straordinario!!🙏

It was a very pleasant stay. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the host for reserving breakfast for us; the bread and jam were both delicious, and the kitchen was very suitable for our family to cook by ourselves. Secondly, considering we brought children, the host prepared a brand new and clean baby crib for us. Each bedroom was very comfortable, suitable for family trips, and the host living next door gave us a sense of security. Thirdly, it was very convenient for travel, with both public transportation and the train station being nearby, and there were supermarkets and breakfast shops nearby, which were very convenient. Finally, I would like to thank the host for allowing us to check in early and leave later, which brought great convenience to our family with children. Thank you very much.

The place is very beautiful and clean. It was well equipped with all amenities. The garden was so peaceful, I had a nice time reading. Paola and her husband are both very nice and friendly. They even dropped us at the railway station. Venice Santa Lucia (centre) is easily accessible by train. I fully recommend this place if you want quiet time outside of the very busy centre of Venice and also visit the city centre during the day.

Paula's place is very clean and comfortable, at a reasonable distance from the train station and the city centre (around 20-25 minutes by foot). Paula was very nice, friendly and communicative and we really appreciated the fact that she allowed us to check-in really late, even though it was her mother's birthday. Also, she offered great recommendations and responded really quickly to all our inquiries. We highly recommend this place, very good value for money!

Très joli appartement dans un quartier très sympa et facile d accès. Nous avons passé un bon moment en famille (avec 2 ados). Les restaurants et commerces sont tout près ainsi que les arrets de Vaporeto. Je recommande ce logement.

Esperienza eccezionale! La casa è perfettamente curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort, inclusa colazione e beni di prima necessità. Oltre a godere di tranquillità e pace assoluta la posizione della casa permette di raggiungere facilmente Venezia e Padova in auto. Sara è stata incredibilmente gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno.

Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung. Patrizia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die immer erreichbar war. Probleme, die es gab, wurden im beidseitigem Einvernehmen geklärt. Geschäfte sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar oder in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Dann kommt man auch gut zu einem tollen Spielplatz (war für uns mit 2 Kindern wichtig). Es gibt mehrere Möglichkeiten von der Unterkunft gut nach Venedig zu kommen.

Grand appartement bien équipé (mais sans lave vaisselle même si ce n'est pas un problème). Literie confortable. A noter que c'est au troisième étage sans ascenseur (mais pas un problème pour nous). Enfin très bonne accessibilité pour Venise. Merci à Alessio et Chiara pour leur accueil. Fortement recommandé.

Merci à Diana pour son accueil agréable et ses multiples conseils dignes d'un guide de l'office du tourisme. Tout s'est très passé, le logement est conforme à la description, parfaitement situé au coeur de la ville.

Muy recomendable!!! Las fotos no le hacen justicia, el departamento es mil veces mejor en persona que en fotos, muy cómodo y súper bien ubicado, está muy cerca de la estación Santa Lucía y se llega rápido a atracciones turísticas, muy limpio y cuenta con todo lo necesitarlo para una estancia cómoda, además las escaleras son de buen tamaño y no hay que hacer grandes esfuerzos, lo único que no me encantó es que se encuentra justo arriba de un restaurante, entonces la recámara principal siempre huele a comida, fuera de ahí lo recomiendo mucho

This was our third stay with Adriano and as always it was fantastic. He is a great host who is responsive and always available. The location is perfect as it is on a quiet canal but easily accessible to everything Venice has to offer. Adriano set up an early morning water taxi to the airport and even met us at 6:00am to say goodbye and make sure we got off okay. The price is right, the location is great, and we think you would be hard pressed to find a nicer host. He treats us like family and the fact that we have chosen his place three times says it all. Thank you Adriano.

Ernesto’s place was perfect for our 1 week stay. Away from the crowds, on a quiet, tree-lined street facing a canal, easily walkable, and very close to a vaporetto stop. His kitchen is the best stocked in any Airbnb we’ve stayed at recently. He was charming and friendly. We would definitely recommend this little gem of a place. Thank you Ernesto!

La casa di Andrea ci è piaciuta molto. Ottima posizione a due passi dalla Fenice, San Marco e dal vaporetto. L'ambiente è accogliente e sopratutto molto pulito. Andrea è un host super attento e disponibile, le indicazione per raggiungere l'appartamento sono state davvero preziose. Lo consiglio!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Marilia, de quoi petit déjeuner avait été placé dans les placards et le frigo ce qui était très appréciable De plus elle a également accepté de garder nos bagages avant que nous reprenions notre train Merci pour l’accueil, l’appartement est très bien situé pour visiter les ruelles de Venise

Beautifully renovated apartment within 5 minutes walk into the heart of Venice. Guido was really helpful giving clear instructions on how to get from the airport to the apartment, well in advance of our arrival and one of his colleagues even came to meet us to let us store our luggage until the apartment was ready. If you are coming to Venice, would definitely recommend staying here, couldn't ask for a better host.

Elide is the perfect host! Her B & B had everything I was hoping it would have and more! She had asked me to message her when I got onto the Vaporreto (water taxi) from Venice to Lido. When I arrived, she greeted me on the street w/ a big smile and a warm welcome. She then proceeded to tell me everything I needed to know about her B & B, Venice, transportation, etc. The place itself was extremely well kept with very nice sheets and plenty of blankets. I had been a bit confused in the listing about whether this room had its own bathroom but, true to the listing, it does! There was hot water each morning for my shower and Elide prepared a delicious breakfast each day. In addition to all that, there were so many little things that made my stay more enjoyable like posted restaurant listings, books about the area, snacks, etc. All that plus the fact the Elide is so warm, responsive and detail-oriented. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to come back again soon! Highly recommended!

Un quartier de Venise paisible, rempli de belles découvertes, d'excellents restaurants locaux loin des commerces axés sur le tourisme. Mais aussi situé tout près d'une station de bateaux bus pour visiter toutes les principales attractions de Venise. Et l'appartement est tout simplement charmant. Antonella nous donne de judicieuses recommandations.

Notre séjour chez Antonio à été très agréable. Son appartement est très bien situé à 6 minutes à pieds de la gare et juste à côté du grand canal. Antonio à ete très accueillant et nous a donné de bons conseils pour les visites et les restaurants. Merci !!!

Es war alles fein und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und die Lage der Unterkunft (wenn man zur biennale will) ist top!

This place is a gem!! It is so easy to get to and from the train station and the bus is only 2-3 minutes walk. It is beautiful, modern, clean, and well equipped. Natalia even left us a lovely welcome gift of Prosecco. The room is spacious, bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is well designed and there is a small safe. In the morning there is a lovely breakfast of yogurt, fruit, pastries, juice and coffee to start your day off right. Natalia does not speak English well yet, but she understands perfectly and uses Google translate like a Pro! We had all our questions answered, she made recommendations for restaurants and even helped us print some documents we required. Another valuable plus for us is that we were able to store our luggage for a few hours so we could enjoy Venice a bit more. The train to Santa Lucia station is only 10 min from Mestre, so if you want to have an amazing stay but not pay Venice prices, I would recommend this lovely place!

Lovely place, exactly as described in the perfect location. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again upon our next trip to Venice!!
