Ferienunterkünfte mit Frühstück in Metropolitan City of Genoa

We had a fantastic seven days stay at Chiara's. She is an amazing host, so caring, kind and responsive! Can only highly recommend her and her house. It is located in a quiet place with spectacular Ligurian mountain view from the garden and top floor. Tourist spots, shops, restaurants and beaches are within easy reachable distance. If you are looking to relax and feel the local flavour then this is for you. The house is kept very tidy, well equipped and organised with a great attention to details which makes the stay comfortable, stress free and smooth. The notes and brochures left for guests are very helpful. Private and close to the house parking is also such a bonus. We felt very comfortable and like at home from the first moment. Thank you again, Chiara, for hosting us and great communucation. Hope we will be back🤗

Ich kann dieses Airbnb wärmstens empfehlen! Die Unterkunft war einfach wunderschön und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wohl fühlten. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machte. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Von der unkomplizierten Kommunikation vor unserer Ankunft bis hin zur persönlichen Begrüßung, fühlten wir uns rundum umsorgt. Sie hatte großartige Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung und war immer bereit, bei Fragen zu helfen. Die Lage des Airbnbs war perfekt zentral gelegen, sodass wir die Stadt bequem erkunden konnten. Auch die Sauberkeit und der Komfort der Unterkunft waren auf höchstem Niveau. Insgesamt hat dieses Airbnb unseren Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Vielen Dank an die wunderbaren Gastgeber!

Tout était parfait! Milva et son mari sont des personnes très chaleureuses, accueillantes, généreuses, donnant des conseils de visites touristiques en fonction de ce que nous recherchions. L'appartement qu'ils proposent est magnifique, personnalisé, très propre, bien rangé, dans lequel il y a plus que ce qui est décrit. Milva nous a gâtés avec des petits déjeuners copieux et variés. En plus de ce lieu magnifique, nous avons rencontré des personnes très sympathiques, présentes tout en étant discrètes. Pour nous, il s'agit du meilleur airbnb que nous ayons loué.

Wir waren für 3 Tage vor Ort und konnten unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genießen. Die meiste Zeit haben wir auf der Terrasse verbracht, es lässt sich hervorragend Kochen und Grillen. In der nächsten Umgebung gibt es einen Kaffeeladen und einen Supermarkt. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei und die umgebende Orte und das Meer waren super zu erreichen. Lavagna ist ein gemütlicher kleiner Ort mit schönen Innenstadt, Restaurants und Cafés. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Die wunderschöne und erholsame Natur sowie der tolle Gastgeber Marco und sein schönes Haus haben uns einen tollen Urlaub beschert. Wir kommen wieder und bedanken uns.

Il sig. Antonio è stato super gentile, mi ha dato tutte le istruzioni dovute prima dell'arrivo e al check-in. Inoltre la casa si presenta molto bene con tutti i comfort, ci sono le ciabatte, la lavatrice e un kit di benvenuto con caffè, bevande e frutta ecc. Il sig. Antonio si è pure proposto di offrirmi la focaccia per la colazione dopo, che purtroppo per tempistiche non ho approfittato. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

Nel periodo di capodanno abbiamo avuto la possibilità di soggiornare nella casa San Michele. Una casa con tutti i confort a disposizione, la struttura è ben studiata sia come affittacamere ma anche come casa intera indipendente. Noi siamo rimasti 4 giorni prenotando l'intera abitazione. Ogni stanza ha un bagno privato, tutti sono a vista con una vetrata che da sulle colline alessandrine, molto suggestivo. La cucina industriale è molto funzionale soprattutto per un gruppo di persone. La spa presente al piano inferiore della casa, raggiungibile dal giardino, è stato un vero e proprio benessere sia fisico che mentale. Giulia e Claudia sono state davvero gentili, facendoci sentire a casa, rispettando gli ospiti ma allo stesso tempo si sono raccontate e abbiamo avuto la possibilità di vedere lo studio musicale adiacente alla casa. Grazie e ancora complimenti per la struttura!!

Viaggio di famiglia con bimba di 2 anni. La casa si trova in una posizione davvero strategica, per visitare comodamente la città. Supermercato di fronte casa e farmacia per qualsiasi emergenza, locali nelle vicinanze e a pochi passi aree verdi per bambini. L'acquario e le altre attrazioni si raggiungono con una comoda passeggiata di 10 min. Nica, Paolo e Luca sono davvero disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza, è stata sicuramente una buona scelta!

Elisabetta a été une hôte exceptionnelle ! Ses recommandations sur les restaurants, les lieux à découvrir et son superbe appartement ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Je vous conseille vivement de séjourner dans ce magnifique appartement idéalement situé et de profiter pleinement de cette magnifique ville.

Ottima soluzione anche per brevi soggiorni. Comodo al centro grazie ai mezzi e fornito di tutto l’essenziale. Inoltre, proprietari disponibili e gentili e comunicazioni tempestive! Consigliato!!

Abbiamo passato un gran bel fine settimana a Genova nell'appartamento del sig. Mauro. Squisita l'accoglienza. Il sig. Mauro ci ha dato molti consigli su come visitare la città e dove andare a mangiare. L'appartamento è molto centrale, in una via distinta del centro storico di Genova--a dieci minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Piazza Principe. Spaziosa la camera da letto, con un'ampia finestra che funge--di fatto--da balcone. Comodi e funzionali la cucina (con tavolo pieghevole e una piastra a induzione per cucinare) e il bagno. Si vede che il sig. Mauro ama la propria città e non potevamo finire in mani migliori. Prenoteremo ancora da lui la prossima volta che saremo a Genova e ci auguriamo che chi legge farà lo stesso. Consigliatissimo

Very nice view from the window. Cosy home. Little traffic noise during the day due to the nearby street. During night silent. Good communication.

Espaço como mostrado nas fotos. Cozinha bem equipada. Tudo muito bem equipado, as camas são sofás-cama como na descrição, mas são confortáveis. Localização é perto do centro histórico, cerca de 10 min caminhando. Tem dois acessos, sendo o mais rápido acesso ao centro feito por uma escadaria.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Die Gegend war ruhig, aber gut angebunden. Eine Bushaltestelle war zwei Minuten und ein Supermarkt nur drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Strände waren sehr schön, das Wasser kristallklar und wir konnten wunderbar schnorcheln, solange das Wetter noch mitgespielt hat. Toll war auch die Dachterasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Hier zu frühstücken war auf jeden Fall ein Highlight. Marina war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat sehr schnell geantwortet und konnte immer helfen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. 😊

Nous avons passé deux nuits chez Ricardo et avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous recommandons cet hôte à 100 % ! Ricardo est jovial et prévenant, il s’est assuré que nous ne manquions de rien tout au long du séjour. Le logement est situé dans les hauteurs de Gênes avec une vue magnifique, idéal si vous avez une voiture. Sinon, il est facile de rejoindre le centre de Gênes en bus ou en funiculaire.

We stayed in Luisa's flat for 3 days and were VERY happy! The flat is in the middle of the labyrinth of Genoa's city centre and has a lot of charm. Luisa is a great host and we immediately felt at home. You have your own room with a bathroom and can use the kitchen for breakfast until 10.00 am. Everything was clean. Luisa provides bread, juice, yoghurt, coffee and a few spreads for breakfast - great! The description of the location is very important, because at first glance you might really think that it is a dangerous neighbourhood. However, everyone there lives in harmony and we never felt uncomfortable for a moment. We will definitely coming back to Genova!

Un lugar y unos anfitriones increibles! desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El lugar es increible, todo está muy bien cuidado y muy bien logrado, la habitación, el baño, el desayuno, todo es un 10/10. dejan la vara muy alta para el resto de los anfitriones. Sin duda un lugar al que volveremos si nuestra ruta pasa cerca, y si no pasa tan cerca igualmente volveremos!

Marina è una persona estremamente carina e comunicativa e si è subito stabilito un clima davvero molto amichevole. È stata gentilissima e si è immediatamente preoccupata di venirci incontro appena parcheggiato l'auto e descrivendoci perfettamente la località in cui ci trovavamo. La casa è stata perfetta per le nostre esigenze e Marina, con la Sua estrema e graditissima premura, non ci ha fatto mancare davvero niente. Consiglio vivamente il suo bed and breakfast sia per location immersa nella campagna e nella natura, sia per la casa davvero accogliente e adatta per le esigenze di qualsiasi tipo di ospite. Sicuramente un bellissimo fine settimana e un luogo dove torneremo senza dubbio con immenso piacere.

Merci à l’accueil de Luciano très réactif , super petit déjeuner à l’extérieur vue sur les oliviers, nous a donné de bons conseils pour se restaurer , bel espace entre mer et montagne dommage que nous ayons eu une journée de pluie et ne pas pouvoir randonner. Il faudra revenir…

Renzo è un host fantastico, ci ha fatti sentire subito a nostro agio con un accoglienza fantastica. Sempre pronto a dare consigli su zone da visitare e ristoranti in cui mangiare. Ogni mattina ci ha deliziati con una buonissima colazione. Stanza e bagno puliti ed ordinati, ed il terrazzo con una vista fantastica. Host super consigliato.
