Familienfreundliche Ferienunterkünfte in Metropolitan City of Reggio Calabria

Appartment ist schön eingerichtet und verteilt sich über zwei Etagen mit zwei Bädern. Im Erdgeschoß ist ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett mit der Möglichkeit ein Stockbett einzurichten. Die Küche ist ausreichend eingerichtet. Eine Waschmachine ist vorhanden, WLAN ist nicht vorhanden. Das Appartment ist zentral gelegen in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Der Bahnhof ist unweit entfernt. Der Zugverkehr ist jedoch nicht störend. Mann hört die gelegentlichen Zugdurchsagen vom Bahnhof. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert.

Graziella and Antonio are very welcoming and responsive and made us feel like family. Graziella greeted us and gave us a thorough tour of the house and the grounds. The Villa is well equipped and spacious with a stunning view of the Strait of Messina and Sicily. The Villa is located minutes from the city of Reggio and easy access to other towns in the region. We had an amazing time and hope to return one day.

Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, dobrze wyposażone dla 2 osób. Blisko plaża i lokale gastronomiczne. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Alessandrą , byliśmy wcześniej i przyjęła nas bez problemu. Zapewniła typowe włoskie śniadania . Polecamy 👍

Ho trascorso una settimana a Scilla con la mia famiglia. L'alloggio di Elisabetta si trova in una posizione comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della cittadina, quali il castello, la piazza e la spiaggia. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti dei negozi per le prime necessità. Elisabetta come host è stata eccezionale: abbiamo avuto dei problemi ad accedere in modo automatico, ma Elisabetta ha risolto subito la situazione. La casa è comoda e fornita. Consiglio assolutamente il soggiorno qui...e Scilla è semplicemente meravigliosa!!!

la location est grande et bien equipée, douche exterieur appreciable. les pieces sont spacieuses. Le logement est très propre. A noté, il peut faire très chaud dans le logement. Domenico est tres serviable et agreable. Nous avons passé 3 semaines de vacances géniales. Voiture necessaire. Plages magnifiques.

Die Unterkunft war super, ich kann nichts negatives sagen. Luigi und sein Bruder waren sehr hilfsbereit und antworteten schnell wenn ich Fragen hatte. Es war sehr sauber und für den Winter war es sehr gemütlich und warm. Uns hat nichts gefehlt und ich würde immer wieder kommen!

Carlo is a very friendly and welcoming host. The apartment is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. We slept incredibly well from the first night - the waves are right below the apartment, exactly as described. We were very happy with our stay, and sad to leave. Bella casetta indipendente, molto comoda per andare sia al mare che a Scilla. Anche vicino al porto dove partono i traghetti per la Sicilia. Casa pulita, ordinata, silenziosa, tranquilla. Giovanna gentillissima, sempre a disposizione ed ad ajutare al massimo! Grazie per la bella permanenza.

We stayed in Rocco’s apartment for a week and had a wonderful experience! Rocco was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Although it could get a bit noisy on the street in the mornings, the amazing view and the great location more than made up for it! We will definitely come back to Scilla.

Antonio’s place is really beautiful and peaceful, and I do recommend it to everyone looking for a zen experience in the middle of the nature! A peaceful house in the middle of the nature!

Super accueil. Le pot d’accueil était vraiment très sympathique. Rita Stella et son mari sont vraiment des hôtes charmants et accueillants. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et calme. L’emplacement central, nous a permis d’aller vers la mer ionienne et la mer Tyrrhénienne, ainsi que pousser jusqu’à Reggio de Calabria.

Francesco è un host fantastico. Presente e premuroso. La villa semplicemente un incanto. Pulizia, posizione, arredamento... tutto eccezionale! Il panorama poi è l'elemento distintivo con vista meravigliosa sui calanchi e lo jonio che mattina e sera ti aspetta solo per essere ammirato nel silenzio e nella pace che questo posto sa trasmettere fino in fondo. La piscina bellissima, panoramica immersa in un giardino curato in ogni particolare è un plus comodo per chi ha bambini anche se il mare calabrese è di per sé una piscina naturale ed è impossibile resistere alle sue spiagge selvagge bagnate da un mare impareggiabile. Grazie Francesco. Sarà un piacere essere nuovamente tuoi ospiti.

Bellissimo posto curato ed autentico. Giardino incantevole e piscina con vista bellissima e pulita. Veramente a 7 minuti dalla spiaggia in macchina. I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti e flessibili , ci hanno pure fatto trovare la spesa a casa e regalato le verdure del loro giardino e le uova fresche del pollaio! Consigliamo assolutamente il posto! Nb: importante avere in mente che l altro appartamento che ospita 5 persone nella stessa proprietà è proprio a 5 metri dalle camere nostre e i tavoli per mangiare nel giardino a pochi metri l’uno dall’altro :quindi ottimo per due famiglie di amici che vogliono unirsi per le ferie

SIAMO STATI ACCOLTI A CAULONIA DA COSIMO,DISPONIBILISSIMO A E GENTILISSIMO! L'APPARTAMENTO MOLTO CARINO,NUOVO,LUMINOSISSIMO E PULITO. COMPLETA IL TUTTO LA PISCINA DEL COMPLESSO,PERFETTA PER GIORNATE IN COMPLETO RELAX E PER DIVERTIRSI CON I BAMBINI (NOI SIAMO UNA COPPIA CON BIMBO DI 6 ANNI). OTTIMA POSIZIONE SIA PER IL MARE CHE COME PUNTO DI PARTENZA PER VISITARE LA BELLISSIMA CALABRIA.

Il mio soggiorno al residence San Ferdinando è stato semplicemente fantastico! La struttura è moderna e ben curata, con tutti i comfort necessari per rendere il soggiorno estremamente piacevole. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e arredate con gusto, il che ha contribuito a creare un'atmosfera accogliente e rilassante. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Marino, il nostro host, che si è dimostrato estremamente cortese e disponibile fin dal primo momento. Marino ci ha fornito preziosi consigli sulla zona e sulle attrazioni locali, permettendoci di vivere un’esperienza autentica e indimenticabile. La sua premura nel rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto è davvero encomiabile. this is the 3rd time we have stayed in this complex the second time in this actual apartment it is well worth the money, very clean and comfortable and Giuseppe (the key holder) couldn't do enough for us the only downfall for me is that the shower is over the bath and as am waiting for a hip replacement would have preferred a walk in shower other than that cannot fault anything and we will be returning. Best of both worlds with a pool and close beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay see you soon.
