Great place. I felt very well. It's a place that offers great peace and tranquility. The house is beautiful and met my expectations. Both Mr. Richard and Mrs. Monica were very attentive and helpful. I hope to enjoy this cozy home again on my next trip. I highly recommend it in every way.

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in Miryan's cabin. We loved it, so close to the center of the city yet one feels like one is in the country. Miryan was an amazing host. She brought us something almost every morning: eggs from her chickens, fruit or avocado from her trees, home made breads and freshly squeezed juices. My husband and I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood, meeting new people and buying produce and the many family owned stands. The house is rustic, this is not the Ritz but if you want to truly experience Ecuadorian culture, this is the place. Miryan has three dogs that came by often to say hello. If you are afraid of dogs or just don't care for them, this is not a place for you. For us, it was a perfect 2 weeks.

We had a great time at Elena’s place - she and her whole family were so hospitable and kind. The dogs are the sweetest animals ever and she was so flexible with our large group.

Quede Fascinada con el lugar, fue algo muy bonito. Todo super limpio y ordenado. Nos encantó nos sentimos como en casa.

Muy bonito lugar para compartir con familia y con tus mascotas tienen el espacio para caminar, jugar y divertirse, el clima estuvo perfecto, la cocina muy espaciosa, el área de parrilla perfecta para compartir y almorzar al aire libre, si no quieres pasar afuera tienes la sala espaciosa para descansar en el sofa y ver una peli, igual puedes destinar el tiempo para un buen voley Diego te brinda muchas facilidades para que la estadía sea perfecta.

Great landscaping. Well furnished but nothing so fancy you’re afraid your kids will destroy it. Super responsive and friendly family lives on site to assist with anything needed. Only con is address is sent at last minute before typically boarding a late night flight so there is not time to do any google mapping. Property is located on down a dark dirt alley - never a great feeling being anywhere and having your taxi go down a narrow dirt road at 1am and not knowing beforehand. The instructions pdf for the property should have a picture or a disclaimer - don’t worry the narrow ally road is in deed the correct way. Over all great property and if I was with a group in the Quito area would totally stay again!

This listing is exactly like the photos- spotless, clean and a beautiful modern building. The location is close to several corner stores, restaurants and pharmacies. The streets are well lit and felt safe at night. The host is very communicative and sent clear check in procedures.

Habitación impecable, limpio y ordenado, agradecido con Trinidad, nos demoramos en nuestra llegada por problemas de conexión, pero estuvo muy atenta a nuestra llegada en horario no hábil. Great place centrally located in the heart of La Carolina neighborhood in Quito. The condo is minutes walk to MegaMaxi (supermarket), shopping malls, cafes, restaurants, bars, and Parque Carolina. The location is the best selling feature of this condo. PROS: Quiet and safe building. Friendly doormen that allow for flexible check-in and check-out. The extra half-bath is convenient when sharing the condo with multiple adults. The kitchen is decently stocked. The washer-dryer are brand new and work great. And like I said, super walkable location. CONS: The sun hits this unit hard in the mornings and heats up the apartment. The place is also more worn down than expected -- broken sofa, toilet seats, soap dispensers, etc. The place was clean, but hasn't been updated in quite some time. Overall a fine stay though. Thank you.
