Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

Located in the heart of Newport right on Thames St. Cook dinner in the chef style kitchen and eat al fresco on the deck. The central location gives you walking distance to dozens of shops and restaurants as well. It is a 15 min. walk to first beach and the mansions. A private parking space is included with the stay making it super convenient.

Welcome to Merhalla! Located minutes to downtown Newport and Broadway, 1.6 miles to the Naval War College. Everything you need for your Island vacation is within 2 miles! You will have a 1,000 sq ft open floor plan apt decorated with original, local art. The open concept layout has a private bedroom with an additional open air suite. Private entrance. Parking for 1-2 cars, free use of beach chairs. Guests have use of the BBQ Grill & Outdoor Shower. Actual distances to area beaches: 2nd Beach 1 mile; 3rd Beach 1.4 miles; 1st Beach 1.4 miles.

Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.
