We had a lovely, cosy holiday stay with beautiful decorations and extra goodies to make it even more festive. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the beds were super comfortable. Kathleen responded rapidly and super kindly to all our questions. A great pick!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ya & Diego's home. It was even nicer than it looked in the pictures and the location was perfect. We were able to get downtown within 8 minutes, Harbor Point was only approximately 10 - 12 minutes, and the new Whole Foods market was 1/2 mile away, so it was very convenient. Diego was extremely responsive before, during, and after our trip. We look forward to visiting again this summer to enjoy the yard and pool which will make the stay even nicer!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Carey’s Pelican Island property in Seaside Heights! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the sheer size and beauty of the home—spacious living areas, tasteful décor throughout. The location couldn’t be better: a quick stroll to the boardwalk, restaurants, and the beach, yet tucked away on a quiet, serene stretch of water. Our favorite feature by far was the private hot tub on the deck—perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing and local eats. Carey was an exceptional host: always friendly, super responsive, and full of great recommendations to make our trip even better. Check-in/check-out was effortless, and we felt completely at home from start to finish. We’ll absolutely be back the next time we’re in Seaside Heights. Can’t recommend this place highly enough—5 stars all around!

The house is delightful. It was clean, spacious, and it's in a beautiful location, close to the beach and the bay. We had a wonderful stay, and would definitely recommend it to others. Danny is a great host, and was extremely responsive. We would love to stay there again.

The hosts were friendly, and accommodating. I was there with my 103 year mother and they were very glad to help out in whatever way they could. The whole apartment is beautifully decorated, and the surroundings are lovely as well. Parking is so easy, as was getting in and out of the place. A wonderful stay.

Amazing and GREAT location! 1 block from the boardwalk, beach, restaurants and bars. Nice balcony overlooking a somewhat busy street (Memorial Day weekend). A little noisy (upstairs residents and street) but not bad. The condo had great amenities (towels, sheets, full kitchen, central AC and heat). The unit had beach supplies and a BBQ grill, but we didn’t use those. The building also had a nice pool, but it was too cool to use.

The condo is very cozy, quiet and well stocked. The location is convenient. The hosts were super welcoming, friendly and easy to communicate with.

We had a great time staying here. The space was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. The bedrooms were spacious and both bathrooms with tub and shower options were fantastic. The house was clean and had the basic necessities you needed. The location was so convenient. We were only a couple of blocks away from the boardwalk and beach. Around the corner is a convenience store and a few blocks down is a breakfast place. We didn’t get to use the pool during our short stay because we mostly hung out at the beach but it looked nice and clean! Also parking space for two cars was really helpful so we didn’t have to worry about street parking. Kishore is very nice. He reached out to us before checking in to let us know the weather condition and that we can check in early. He is very responsive whenever I had a question. We’d highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful and clean condo. It has a nice patio and the interior is lovely. Good communication with owner, and they were very flexible with some date requests we had. Highly recommend. (Just an FYI: bedding sheets need to be brought with you.)

The beach house is beautiful! I loved the quiet of the place and how close to the beach is and the swimming pool was a plus. The apartment is close to everything (pharmacy, supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and more). I’ll definitely come back.

Freda's apartment is on the main floor - no steps and it's the most quaint and quiet one. We enjoyed the space and even outdoor patio overlooking willow trees, watching squirrels and birds while having our coffee, breakfast, and dinner outdoors. The home is so clean and decluttered, well curated and thoughtful. Freda has helpful notes to make sure everything is easy to use. Showers are perfect with good pressure. There is a yoga mat that was useful. The community is quiet and there are plenty of walk paths so you can go out for a stroll or a run. North Brunswick is a great community with lots of restaurants, shopping areas. 15min drive to New Brunswick NJ Transit station. I highly recommend Freda's home! We will be back to rebook here whenever we are in NJ.

We had a great weekend. The space met our family’s needs and its close proximity to the beach was convenient. It was also helpful to be able to use the bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, and beach tags. The host kept in contact and answered any questions I had. What a fun getaway!

Im 4th generation Jersey Shore. My great grandparents built one of the first houses in the county. In short, my opinion should carry a great deal of weight. This AirBnB is perfectly located. It isn't just 2 blocks from the ocean: it is two blocks from the Northern starting point of the boardwalk: rides, arcades, restaurants. You can hear the ocean from the front door. It is 10 minutes from the first train station to Manhattan, 15 minutes from the parkway, 45 from Great Adventure, etc. It is in a very safe neighborhoods nestled in with year-round locals. Plus, you get beach badges and parking: invaluable amenities. You also get a booklet with helpful suggestions and instructions & Beach stuff chairs. The pool is pristine, the location perfect. Michael is an extraordinary host! I've stayed at several Airbnbs. He was friendly, personable, accessible, and just wonderfully kind. I will only stay with him when I come back to visit family. You can not do better.
