The hottub is always hot and the oversized couches are always comfy. The neighborhood is family/wildlife oriented. Come unwind and relax in the sticks!

There are many types of outdoor recreational opportunities including Foraging for Morels, Fishing on Lake Rathbun and the many local creeks, to exploring/bird watching on the vast areas on Sedan Bottoms WMA. Looking to check out some areas in Northern Missouri, then Rebels Cove is just a short drive and has plenty of land to roam! Or just relax at camp and take advantage of our WiFi!

Our condo is located in SW Kirksville, on a quiet cul-de-sac in residential neighborhood. We’ve got 3 queen beds, two baths, up & downstairs living spaces, on site laundry, off street parking, lovely outdoor space with private fenced back yard, seating, BBQ grill/available seasonally. The space comfortably sleeps four people (with ability to sleep 6 with a pull-out couch). Enjoy the relaxing sounds of nature by sitting around the fire pit or relaxing in the hammock.

All full size kitchen appliances, Later it was used for a rental , so the washer , dryer and shower were added, which explains why they aren’t in the usual placement As this is beside HWY 36 , it’s an easy off and on. Close to town ( 1 1/2 miles to Walmart) .

Located on a 1/2 acre lot with a park across the street and library a block away.

This cozy short-term rental is positioned on a quiet dead-end street in Milan, Missouri. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Sullivan County Memorial Hospital, 1 mile from Smithfield Foods, 2 miles from locust creek conservation area, and a short five minute drive from the Roy Blunt Lake Project. The house has fast fiber internet, and three brand new comfortable queen beds.

The Cozy Cottage

We are located 2 miles off I 35 in Decatur City. 10 minutes from Graceland College in Lamoni. 10 minutes from Little River Lake and have parking for boats and outdoor outlet available for charging boat batteries. We love cozy uncluttered spaces to rent and our goal for this Airbnb was to create that for our guests. We offer complimentary bottled water, coffee, tea ,snacks and toiletries.
