Cosy studio in garden with private entrance for 2 guests. We provide a king-size bed & separate shower-room. Outside is a private patio area. We are a few minutes walk from the village which has a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs in its high street and is situated near to the New Forest National Park. We are a short walk (10 to 15 mins) from the beach and walks in the surrounding countryside. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and marine activities. We can accept one small, well behaved dog by arrangement (please text me to discuss).

Stylish shepherd's hut - 10 min walk to beach

Cosy, comfortable and luxurious shepherd's hut make this a unique getaway, a 10 minute walk from the beach and the village of Milford on Sea. Dogs welcome and dog secure. Comfy king-sized bed and shower room sit alongside the middle living space, with kitchen, dining area and seating, overlooking the private outdoor area. The garden area has relaxing chairs and dining table and enjoys the sun all day long. A gas BBQ is available to grill outside. A welcome package is also included on arrival

A picturesque cottage a short walk from the delightful coastal village of Milford on Sea, 10 mins walk to the beach. This spacious home is wonderfully characterful with its period features whilst having the comfort of modern living convenience. The rooms are large, exquisitely styled and extremely comfortable. Soak up the sun on the terrace and enjoy the spectacular garden expertly created by our famed local garden designer. The cottage is only available for a short time so one not to be missed!

Danehill - spacious house near the sea

Danehill is a spacious house, set in mature gardens tucked away from the road, five minute walk from the seafront and the village centre. The house is warm and welcoming and you will instantly feel at home. Milford offers an amazing range of restaurants, bars, and pubs, two mini supermarkets, and little shops. A perfect place by the sea suitable for families with children, groups of friends, and anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet stay. Dogs are welcome. We charge £40 per stay for dogs.

Your accommodation overlooks the village green, and you're less than a mile from the beach!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, the perfect setting to escape to the sea. Seascape offers an elevated industrial style setting - think New York loft style living! Where all is accessible in an airy space. Situated within 200m walking distance of the cliff top path and 250m of the sea; the location is a haven for walking, running, wild swimming, cycling, watersports and fishing. The perfect location to explore the local area, the market town of Lymington or the New Forest.

Little Rookwood - Cosy guest annex Milford on Sea

Ideally located new build annex apartment with en-suite king sized bedroom and separate lounge/dining kitchen. Radiator heating. Parking on site with close proximity to the beach, the woods and the village centre. Driveway is shared with the main property and driveway secured at night with closed gate. Please book your pet at time of booking as retrospective charging on arrival is difficult and we need to ensure the comfort of all future guests. A maximum of 2 pets regardless of size.

Cosy clifftop flat with sea view

Welcome to the Foredeck, a beautiful, well-equipped, self-contained flat with uninterrupted stunning sea views, perfect for a seaside getaway. On the ground floor, at the front of a seafront house, The Foredeck is completely self contained with its own conservatory, living room, kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and garden area. It has a private entrance and off road parking. The Foredeck is on Barton-on-Sea cliff top, and it is only a five minute stroll down to the sea shore.

Less than 5min walk to village and 7 min to sea

Little Ridge is a private and secluded one bedroom annexe. It benefits from it's own fenced off patio area which captures the evening sunshine. It has a kitchen, sitting and dining area, a refurbished bedroom in May 2026 with new king size bed and a shower room with heated towel rail and underfloor heating. Less than a five minute walk from the centre of popular Milford on Sea, with all it's restaurants, bars, cafes, pubs and shops and less than a 10 minute walk to the sea.

Perfect for couples or small families, it offers 1 bedroom, open-plan living with sofa bed, a modern bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchenette. Relax in the private garden, explore the New Forest, or visit nearby beaches like Milford-on-Sea. Includes parking for two cars, self check-in, and full privacy throughout your stay.

The Hideaway

A privately accessed light and airy room set in a 17 century manor house. Perfect for accessing the forest, coastline as well as the historical town of Lymington. I have 6 acres of semi-wild grounds, to encourage wildlife , Deer, Badgers & Foxes if you’re lucky enough to see them. 20 min walk from Milford on Sea, with lots of cafes restaurants & pubs which you can find on Milford on Sea website.
