Wow! This place was awesome. We stayed here last minute to visit my daughter & son-in-law for the birth of my grandson, so we really only slept here. That said, it was as clean as my mother-in-law’s house when we visit her. Trust me, that’s saying something. We will definitely try to stay here on future visits to see the kids, and there’s plenty of room for us all to spread out, have them over for dinner, etc. Huge plus is that it seems to be 5 minutes away from virtually everything. Cannon recommend more highly.

I wanted to find a cute spot for my family to stay while we enjoyed our vacation & this was just it! It was beautiful & peaceful. It looked exactly how the pictures and description said it would. Anytime I had a question or reached out they were responsive. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

A great location close to restaurants and Gulfarium. Beach is beautiful and a short walk on a nice new walkway with close bathroom

Magdalena's place was wonderful. We had stayed in this building before, but it was our first time at her condo. The corner unit is great- multiple balconies. Beach front property that is fairly quiet. We loved that the building had quiet hours. The entire place was spotless. There were 4 of us (mom, 2 girls, and grandmother) and we had plenty of space. Magdalena & Mark were very responsive and helpful. There is a lot to do for all ages in this area. We will definitely book again. Thank you!

Omg I fell absolutely in love with this place!! We needed a place for our last cheer competition and it was perfect ! Lots of places to eat close to everything can’t wait to come back again !!

Stayed in Pensacola for the weekend of the Crawfish Festival with another couple. The home is absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable!! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and necessities to make the weekend easy. Spent time in the lovely shaded backyard, on the front porch each morning with coffee in rocking chairs, and in the cozy living room. Walked to the festival each day. It was a 1.7 mile walk each way, on sidewalks, through the historic area until we got to Palafox St, where we enjoyed restaurants, bars, and beautiful architecture. Location of the home is wonderful, and it is very well suited for 2 couples travelling together.

This place is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay. The bed room next to road gets a good bit of traffic noise. That was the only negative and we just turned on a fan.

Me and my friends stayed here for spring break and it was perfect!! Short walk to the beach and plenty of area in the house to hang around as well.

We love Pensacola and visit often. This was definitely one of our favorite homes to stay in. It is well-stocked with everything one needs, conveniently located, has a beautiful backyard, is very comfortable, and was super clean. This place is a gem! We will be back.

What a find! We were traveling through Pensacola and were thrilled to find this beautiful home! So clean and comfy. TVs in each bedroom. Private bathroom for each bedroom. Lovely amenities. Host was lovely and responsive. The perfect experience!

Robin was responsive with any questions or concerns and responded in a timely manner. Considering location not being close to beaches 30-40 minutes; and inability to use pool (Feb/March) I thought the cost was high. Just my opinion.

Diane was super sweet, responsive, and gave easy to follow instructions. The condo was super clean, cozy, and right on the beach. I came for a tournament and would definitely use the space again!

Kattiya was great. Excellent communication and the studio apartment was perfect for our family.

The view was awesome. The condo was clean and quiet and the perfect place to spend our vacation. Just a walk across the street to the beach with restaurants nearby. If we needed anything, we just had to ask Brandy. The one thing that would be helpful would have more drawer space in the second bedroom. There was plenty of room to hang clothes, but the shelves above were full of extra blankets and pillows. They’re also was no place really put our clothes away. My husband and I basically lived out of our suitcase this week. All in all I would recommend it. It was a perfect place for a vacation and we would definitely come back.

This place was everything we were hoping for and more. To start parking was easy and close. It was incredibly clean—not just inside, but also the hallways and steps leading to the unit were spotless, which made a great first impression. Once inside, the view was breathtaking, and the sound of the waves was the perfect soundtrack for a relaxing escape. One of the things we appreciated most was how peaceful it was. It’s tucked away from the busier, tourist-heavy areas, so we could truly unwind without the noise and crowds. Lori Ann was a fantastic host—very communicative and detailed in her directions, which made everything go smoothly from the moment we booked. The bed was super comfortable, and the sheets were soft and high quality—just what we needed for a restful night. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and scenic place to recharge.

Beautiful view! Our stay was most enjoyable. The view of the bay was relaxing. All of the amenities Vanessa provided were above and beyond accommodating. Very clean and comfortable. It is just a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend her place to anyone. Thanks Vanessa!
