This place was a dream, the house has a beautiful atmosphere and it is all well designed and built. We felt right at home and with Chino and Peter as neighbours it was a lovely stay. The beach is 5 min away and beautiful - we had the whole beach for ourselves and enjoyed every minute. Peter showed us around to some artisan workshops and made us feel really welcome. A perfect place to enjoy life, family and nature. Thank you!

這是一間有3個房間，並附有客廳與廚房的房源，位置雖然在郊區附近沒有商店，但門前是田園風光，周遭可以散步，唯一要注意的是進入房源的道路較狹窄，轉進去的路口較容易錯過，需要非常注意。 這裡晚上很安靜，我們只有使用榻榻米房間，在這裡睡得很好。雖然房子看起來有年紀了，但看得出主人用心維護，房子裡非常乾淨，廚房用具齊全，並且提供一台自動咖啡機讓旅客能享用咖啡。咖啡好喝，我們非常感激。 洗衣間有足夠的曬衣桿和曬衣架，由於有洗衣需求，這讓我使用起來非常方便。房東也有設想到老房子的供暖需求，這對怕冷的我們很有幫助，尤其洗澡時，暖呼呼的，很舒服。 房源給足很多備用的布與毛巾給客人替換使用，也有吸塵器讓客人可以維護環境的清潔，這個部分也很讚賞，客人就不需要一直浪費地使用面紙擦拭桌面，環境髒了也能自己維護。 從房子裡的許多細節看得出，房東先生在房子的維護以及對顧客需求是設想周到的。尤其在聯繫上，房東都會盡快回覆，對於提供的旅遊資訊也很有幫助。 意外插曲是我有一件衣服放在民宿沒有帶到，在連絡房東後，也二話不說地願意協助寄件到下個住宿地點。他真的是一位很細心的人，還主動聯繫住宿處說明包裹的情況，讓我非常安心。 真心推薦這個房源，它是這趟旅程中最棒的住宿，因為就像住在家裡一樣自在與舒服。還有房東的友善讓我們印象深刻，即便我們沒有見到面～

こちらの予約ミスがあったのですが、丁寧に対応して頂きとてもありがたかったです。ホテルもオシャレで清潔感があり、また是非利用させて頂きたいです！

Siamo stati un mese presso questo alloggio, ed è stato veramente molto piacevole Sebbene abbiamo sentito dei terremoti siamo stati subito tranquillizzati sia dall’host che dai residenti nei dintorni, l’host è stato molto disponibile e gentile e vorremmo ritornare di nuovo in futuro☺️

Kaeda Surf Base is wonderful! I was so incredibly blown away by the amenities they offered, including bikes to use, a parking spot, a place to rinse off and keep your surfboard, games, snacks in the kitchen to purchase, anything you might need for a surf trip and more! The unit itself is really nice, modern, and clean. It was such a comfortable place to stay for a couple weeks in Aoshima, just a minute or so walk from the beachside bike/walking path in a peaceful neighborhood, with a surf shop and nice restaurant nearby! It's in easy biking distance to Aoshima Shrine, lots of beachside restaurants and cafes, and surf spots. Toru was so kind and friendly, and I'm so grateful for how welcoming he was, I really enjoyed my time! It meant a lot to me that he and his family put in the effort, even though we weren't fluent in each other's languages. Kaeda Surf Base would be my first choice for staying in Miyazaki again, I hope to visit again someday!

宮崎での滞在はとても素晴らしかったです。 お家は居心地がよく快適で、滞在にぴったりの設備が整っていました。 ホストの方もとても親切で、やりとりもスムーズでした。 周辺を散策するのも楽しく、神社にも行ってみました。なんと神社の猫たちにも会えました！ スーパーやコンビニへも歩いて行けて便利でした。 素敵な滞在をありがとうございました！

Een geweldige locatie met een hele aardige gastheer en gastvrouw. ‘s Avonds is het gezellig in het barretje en maakt de gastvrouw heerlijke gerechten. De kinderen van de eigenaren waren erg aardig en nieuwsgierig en konden hun Engels even oefenen 😉 ‘s Nachts is het er heerlijk rustig. Overdag kun je mooie en goede fietsen huren voor een nette prijs bij de eigenaar. Met de fiets is het prachtige en indrukwekkende Aoshima in een paar minuten te bereiken. En mocht je van golfsurfen houden, dan is dit sowieso the placebo to be. We komen graag weer terug naar Kyushu in het algemeen en Miyazaki in het bijzonder.

Great place, spacious and convenient location. Mika was fantastic, so helpful and guided us to some eating gems. Place is well set up for a surf base, with everything you need, including bikes with surf racks! Definitely returning..see you next time!
