This treehouse was custom designed by its architect with three dimensional chess in mind. Artisan architectural details are found throughout. This is a charming historic unit with french doors and a non-working fireplace with lots of natural light. The unit is nicely furnished and ideal for up to four guests. The unit is on the second floor of a Victorian home built in 1903. LOCATION: The apartment is just 1.3 mi from U.S. Bank Stadium, walking distance to downtown and minutes away from the Minneapolis Institute of Art. Convenient bus lines run to Uptown, LynLake and, U of M campus. Coffee shops and Eat Street are close-by, as well.

Enjoy your stay in Minneapolis in a custom-designed home in a safe and charming cul-de-sac neighborhood on the bank of the Mississippi River near downtown Minneapolis in the Historic Milling District and NE Arts & Entertainment District. This home may not be suitable for infants because of an open stairwell. (Allergy alert: a dog lives here, but not during your stay. Snow removal/lawn mowing is provided. This is our primary home that we make available while we are traveling. Dogs not allowed.
