Stayed here for a few nights and the house is really wonderful! Had everything we needed and a personal touch.

The ranch is even more wonderful in person and now we’ve created exceptional memories there we will remember forever. We were surrounded by stunning nature and I loved being around the goats and chickens in the back. The property is just gorgeous both inside the cabin (every detail was paid attention to) and outside. We enjoyed an intimate celebration here and everyone just loved our peaceful surroundings. We could have asked for more comfortable beds and we just felt so comfortable, in general, the entire time. Thank you, Erin, for such an incredible stay!

My family had a great stay in this lovely home in Goleta. The space is clean and spacious, with ample parking and a lovely backyard. It was easy to find and access, and it's a short drive to downtown, the beach, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

James was incredibly kind and helpful before and during our stay. The home was super spacious, a close walk to town, and we were even able to make s’mores one evening, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would be delighted to return in the future!

We had such a wonderful stay at the cabin! Everything was perfect — cozy, clean, and so easy to settle into. Traveling with two toddlers can be tricky, but the cabin was perfectly baby-proof and gave us such peace of mind. The hosts were warm, informative, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We’re so grateful for the chance to relax and enjoy the beautiful snowfall. This charming, comfy and classic stay makes you feel like a lucky local. (It will also make you want to paint your walls lemon and melon colors.) The apt and walkable neighborhood were perfect for our family- 2 adults, 1 teen - so easy to stroll out the door to everywhere. A fantastic home base for exploring Santa Barbara.

I have an annual golf trip in Ojai and prefer an AirBnB. This place suited my needs. Quiet. Clean. Great, hot shower. Comfy bed. Microwave and mini fridge. I’m not really in the places that much when I’m in town so that’s about. Only star I would ding the place for is just that it’s a ways back behind the house and away from the street on a semi uneven stone walkway. It’s not an issue for me since I’m able. But if you needed to roll any luggage or had an unsteady gait, this might not be a perfect fit. Otherwise. No notes. Friendly communicable hosts are always appreciated which they are.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

We absolutely loved Maddie’s house in SB! The beds and pillows were SO comfortable, the kitchen has everything we needed and we felt right at home. We brought bikes to get around and never had to move our car! Super close to the beach too! Maddie was super helpful whenever we needed anything! We definitely will be returning to this super cute beach house!

Great location just outside the town; a quick 5-min walk to all the happening areas. The apartment is quite spacious and the property has many amenities. Great home away from home.

Absolutely the best stay ever, Julie was outstanding in her communication and her place was ideal in every regard. I can not even say to all that is so easily accessible from her location. Every need I had was obtained in less than 7mins from her residence. I felt completely at home and more than satisfied with my stay. We booked this home for our family Christmas trip, and it honestly surpassed our expectations. Lots of room for a big family. The sauna was a plus for us, it snowed when we stayed there and it was such a perfect cozy home for after some snow fun. There isn’t much of a grocery store nearby besides a convenience store. We took a lot of things from outside of the town(near castaic stopped by a Ralph’s) which helped with meals and snacks. They did provide a lot of toiletries so that helped, I would definitely travel again to this property with my family next year. communication was very easy to have and check-in was a breeze!

This is a lovely place to rejuvenate in the Santa Ynez area. It is located between Los Olivos and Santa Ynez so you cannot really walk to anywhere which was fine for us. The biking in the area was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

Some reviews noted spider webs and debris. We saw no evidence of this. Others complained about the heat system in the guest room. We’re familiar with a split system so had no issues. There are 3 different systems in that unit so maybe they were trying the electric wall heater which isn’t very efficient and what seemed to be a gas radiator which didn’t seem to have the pilot light on and also wouldn’t be as efficient. We had timely responses on the few questions we had ahead of our arrival

Beautiful spot for a short break. Cynthia anticipates needs and makes everything perfect. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living/dining: every space had just what was needed. We'd have enjoyed the exterior spaces even more, if the weather had cooperated. Tennis court and pool on site, hiking nearby. Excellent value for the price.

We needed a place to stay for our son's graduation after our other Airbnb canceled on us few weeks before graduation. Tracy's place was just what we needed...a place to sleep and shower and reasonably priced. The condo is close to the freeway and close to TJ and Vons.

Simply magical! Stunning property with incomparable views, the best hammock in the world, beautiful outdoor dining space, right on top of Solvang but feels like you’re in the Tuscan countryside. Beautiful, light filled home with views all around and extremely clean and well appointed. Can’t say enough wonderful things, and the hosts are so friendly and helpful. Amazing!

it's a wonderful and ideal place for families for a quick weekend getaway. I had a quiet relaxing weekend with perfect socal weather. The house has really good positive energy.
