Explore our 5 acre property and visit the small pond in back. Please ensure pets are leashed - we have ducks. The hosts also live on the property in a separate house.

The cottage now has air conditioning (it’s very quiet). We have WiFi now and TV.

Step out and you have a forward view over looking the portico. This suite is one of the best in the Castle.

$105 for one person. $155 for two people. Nestled in tall pines and silhouetted by the Blue Ridge Mountains, Chinquapin Inn is a cozy and hospitable bed and breakfast. It is a ten minute walk down the quiet road from Penland School of Craft. All guests are required to be vaccinated.
